What is being OVERLOOKED is that millions and millions of voters are being dis-enfranchised because of LIBERAL MEDIA BIAS.

A recent Rasmussan poll showed that 49% of Americans thought the media was showing favortism towards Obama and 14%(loons and liars) said the media favored McCain.

Clearly, there has been a paradigm shift in the public's view of the MSM after the MSM helped Obama get past Hillary.

I Just heard the news of a young girl who was kidnapped and raped. This punk deserves to die. According to the Word every man is born with the right to choose so when I hear of child molesters and rapist I feel they deserve whatever they get. If I could take the law in my own hands it would be a thing of the past. I guaranteer there would be less crime. To harms a child is one of the lowest form of humanity. But the supreme court says these animals can't be execute... but if they end up in gen pop I guaranteer the inmates will know exactly what they are in for. If this man ends up in the general population, he's dead anyway. Prison populations have their own justice and I think this is a "Dead man walking" situation. Now the system is willing to pay for this animal to serve a short sentence while innocent men behind the wall serve life because they won't confess to a lie. Why should we spend exorbitant amounts of money on this man? He will probably live better than most people in the "real" world! When you look at the facts of this case, this ANIMAL does not deserve to live! He may not have committed murder but he did destroy a life! "justice is blind". Talk about cruel and unusual punishment what exactly do they think raping a child is? It's something that will affect that child's life forever. In essence what the Supreme Court has ruled is that this girl would have to die of her internal injuries in order for this man to be put to death for his crime. It would take the life of an innocent to condemn a guilty man to lose his life while innocent men are giving life or death sentences. Even God say that they are to be stoned.

My God, the fact that this man found himself sexually desiring a young child, and then acting upon that desire, means that the decision of morality was always in his own hands, and he decided against it. He made a decision in that instant to defy the common morality of society, not to mention the morality of the law. The morality of raping and harming in such a devastating way this little girl is beyond comprehension and reason for any human; I don't believe this piece of shit is human. He's an animal, which has no regard for right and wrong. When a dog bites a human and the human judges the dog to be wrong, the dog is put to death. There is no question of the morality of the dog's death...it has tasted blood and will never be the same. This man has tasted the inconceivable, and given the chance he will do it again; he will never be the same. I agree with you they should allow him into the population. I wonder how much time the courts are going to give him.

I believe it is the Eighth Amendment that say there should be no cruel and unusual punishment - but what was it that he inflicted upon this child? It was cruel and unusual punishment, and for absolutely no reason except his own selfish and awful desires. I believe that upon performing this terrible act he gave up ALL rights to protection under any amendment. He is no longer human, therefore does not deserve the same rights as the rest of us. He also doesn't deserve oxygen, which I believe is not a right, but a privilege. The comments above about general population in the prisons I have also heard in the past; that men who harm children, or even women, are looked down upon and often end up severely wounded, or dead. I can only hope that this is true and a different kind of justice can be carried out, since obviously justice is in remission.

This is what these white folks are talking about, shit like this. If the law were to get harsher, and dole out more severe sentences; we just might see a decrease in the violent crime rate. I suppose there might be a few innocent persons caught up in the turmoil; but it would be less but shit happens. The courts seem to care less about the victims, and their stress and mental anguish, than the person who commits the crime. In this case this B***s should be wired into a 110 VAC, and let the little girl control the switch. Man when I hear shit like this it messes me up.

He had a different name then, Barry Soetoro, after his stepfather.
His mother, the Kansas-born Ann Dunham, first married a Kenyan, Barack Hussein Obama. Her second husband was the Indonesian Lolo Soetoro, with whom she moved here in 1967.
Obama was enrolled in a Catholic primary school, and then for his Grades 3 and 4 in what is now called the Model Primary School, a much-sought after public school in an elite leafy neighborhood.
Three of his teachers have said he was enrolled as a Muslim. In his autobiography, Dreams From My Father, he mentions his Koran studies here.
A classmate of his in Jakarta has said that Obama used to wear a sarong and accompany his father to the neighborhood mosque, but that his mother used to go to church.

This absolutely angers me! I am just shocked that a grown man could even think of doing such a thing to any child.What sort of man is this? A man whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism.

We are told again and again by 'experts' and 'talking heads' that Islam is the religion of peace, and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the spectra of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam. The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history.

It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. The hard quantifiable fact is that the 'peaceful majority', the 'silent majority', is cowed and extraneous.

Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant.

China's huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.

The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet.

And, who can forget Rwanda, which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were 'peace loving'?

History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points:

Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don't speak up, because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun. Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghanis, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late.

As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts; the fanatics who threaten our way of life.

Lastly, at the risk of offending, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this email without sending it on, is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand.
