Uh oh. I just heard on the news there is MBs DNA on Officer Wilson's gun holster. If there was a struggle for the gun it would go far in proving the Officer is telling the truth. I already knew that, but there is a lot coming out of the Grand Jury. Nothing is secret in this day and age
Can they get DNA results so quickly?

I guess it depends on how important it is to clear the streets of burners, and looters.-

Justice is supposed to be blind, give the cop HIS constitutional rights. The government and the black community have already convicted him and want his head. There are NO rights for white people in this GOD-forsaken P.C. country. Just let the little pieces of crap loot and loot.

Asian Indians, are about the same coloring, as African Americans, and Asian Indians are at the top of the most successful, and least criminal Americans.
It is more than just skin color.
Asian Indians tend to look like dark white people, while African Americans look much more chimp like, with their flat noses, and their maxillary prognathism.
True. Blacks hate asians more than they hate whites. Asians show them the importance of hard work and family. But blacks like to point at others rather than taking personal responsibility for their dismal lot in life. It is funny to watch from a distance, but I keep heavily armed just in case their brand of terrorism spreads to my neighborhood.

Contrary to popular belief, the Stand Your Ground Laws have now been empirically proven to be both ineffective and harmful to the public in general.

Prove the cop sustained that injury at all.
Then prove it happened DURING the incident that killed MB.
Then prove MB actually caused it.

<quoted text>Your acting like the police are using deadly force daily for no apparent reason and if that were the case there would be a Michael Brown victim every day and night of the week on the National News besides everybody has that right to use deadly force when they feel their lifes are being threatened and not just the cops but unfortunatelly Police have a higher probability of being put in a situation of having to make the decision to use deadly force if needed than the average citizen because of their profession.
Out of the approximate 10,000 killed by police annually, only 400 are unarmed.

Agreed. I think the cops that beat Kelly Thomas to death are a perfect example of bad cops. But as more and more of the truth comes out, it appears that this is not the case with the Michael Brown incident.

Maybe I'm being a bit judgmental, but your credibility is damaged the moment you use any/all of the following words in your criticism of those that lean to the right:

1. Teabagger

2. Fox News/Faux News

3. Koch Brothers

4. Bain Capital

5. Halliburton

6. Racist

I'm sure there are others, but those six cover most every topic.

I beg to differ.
It most certainly is stressful and streneous to wait for the mailman when there is a good chance that the pusherman arrives and then leaves before the mailman arrives with the money to pay the pusherman.
Damn the mailman.

It may be African-Americans now who are being killed needlessly but from what I see these police officers today are so afraid that they don't care who they kill, Black Americans, White Americans, Asian-Americans there just simply is no one they will not kill.
You are correct that the police can and will and do kill anyone without regard to their ethnic backgrounds.
You see, they are trained to make snap judgements based upon ONLY what the person is doing or not doing. They make snap decisions, and they must make them because it is dangerous out there, and a failure to act quickly when the elements for the use of deadly force are present, could very easily cost them their life.
When a citizen, of ANY color, attempts to play tough guy with an officer of the law ... the odds are that the tough guy will go down.

Is a policeman a judge, a jury, and an executioner all in one? Do they have that empowerment?
You damn right they do, when they react according to their training and philosophy.
Do they empty their weapon when they make the decision to shoot? You damn right they do.
Should they? Most definitely.
Can a person on auto pilot when all adrenalined up because their very life may be on the line, pull off and stop firing after one or two rounds? Not likely.
Was Kevin Ward Jr. able to control his emotions the night he died? Should he have stopped before walking into the path of Tony Stewart? Yes. Did he? No. Could he? I doubt it at that moment.

It appears at this point in time that Michael Brown did in fact taunt that officer and then charge toward him. From what I know concerning police training, that is a definite moment to open fire.
Disrespect for a LEO simply will not be tolerated. Period.

It is time to take that to heart and stop glorifying the gangsta lifestyle. That bullshit is getting people killed and it is by their own actions all too often today. Why? Because they have simply chosen to defy authority and bet their own life on the outcome. More often than not, they will lose that bet, and their parents hearts will be ripped apart forever, because they were not taught respect for our laws and our law enforcement officers.

And now we have the Attorney General of the United States of America leading the chants that our system of justice is messed up. That is dispicable and immature. It makes no more sense to bad mouth your own chosen career path and system, than it does to burn cars and loot stores when your professional sports teams WINS a title.
Those two situations, my fellow citizen, are both totally and completely messed up.
Y'all better wake my friend.
