Gays are usually very perverse and suffer from megalomania. This results in control issues, where they use their deviant identities to lord over others. Thus, firing them has nothing to do with their sexual identity, but has to do with their psychological issues affecting the workplace.

Put them in mental hospitals and prisons and you won't have these problems.

Biden strikes me as someone carefully concerned about his physical health. Good advice to the VP would be to keep homosexuals well away from his staff and self. Doing so will see a remarkable decrease in various communicable diseases and viruses. Oh, and have a portable toilet everywhere you go, where you can wash your hands after touching one.

Gays have no business being put in mental hospitals 'cos no respected medical or mental-health organization on Earth classifies homosexuality as a mental illness anymore, despite our irrational beliefs to the contrary.
There, fixed that for you. You're welcome.

He said it was time for Congress to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act — known as ENDA — which would bar employers with 15 or more workers from using a person's sexual orientation or gender identity as the basis for making employment decisions, including hiring, firing, compensation or promotion. Religious institutions and the military would be exempted.

So those with fewer than 15 can discriminate? If so, this bill needs to be rewritten.

Speaker Boner won't bring the bill up or a vote because he knows it would pass like it already did in the Senate.

The only way the GOPasaurs can stop the will of the people now is to PREVENT votes from happening.

We can't have gays running around acting like they're as good as other people. We know that gay men, especially the young attractive ones, have a secret agenda to turn all our straight men gay. Not that that could really happen, of course.

We the people™ need to limit their freedom — after all, this is America. We just need to follow Russia's example.

Putin made a deal with Obama, he said; You worry about the men who want to run around in dresses, I'll worry about the rest.

Have some sympathy, Rainbow. It must be awful being so attractive that gays can't control themselves to stop all that blatant workplace lording-over — sounds megalomanic to me. The next thing you know, their pets will be lording over them in heat wanting to get married against god's will. Most straight men know to groom down to keep their attractiveness minimal, but some are just so hot that they can't fully conceal their perfection.

Cupcake, I know all about it and many men who wear dresses also do guys even though they are classified differently.
.
My point was, Putin see's the west degenerating into a collection of sexual perverts, becoming less and less of a threat economically and militarily. So while many obsess about gay rights, other forces around the world are setting the US up for a fall.
.
The advancement of gay rights is seen by many as moral decline, not advancement and part of the growing negative perception of the US by power brokers around the world.

This is immaterial to my argument. I bet a march for dog lovers would have bigger crowds.
.
I said the gay issue is part of, not the sole reason didn't I?.
.
I'd go as far as to say in the back of Putin's mind, the threats of boycott of the Sochi games over gays just a few months before they were to open made Putin's humiliation of the west over Crimea all the more tasty. I had a hunch ole Vlad was going to do some leveling.

Since half of the entire Russian fleet is stationed in Crimea; Putin had to protect his interests rather quickly. He was renting the facility from the ousted Ukrainian government and ended up owning it by default
