You want non-union?

Look at Walmart, where at Christmas the employees, AKA
"associates," have to take up collections to help fellow
employees, AKA "associates," have some food to put
on the table for their families. Where food stamps are
an indispensable part of the family budget and local
food banks help feed them Where the children are dependent
on free and reduced-price school lunches to have something
to eat during the day. Where the federal government and
local government and charities have to make up the difference
between Walmart wages and the real world.

You want non-union? See China.

All primarily located in the south.

If southerners like being exploited, let them. VW will simply shut down - and the North or Mid West (possibly) will get the factory / then you idiots can sit back and cry again - looking for work at a restaurant or Wal Mart.

Have fun with that. Just got back from TN Monday night - a good paying job in their eyes are $9.00 to $10.00 per hr. And you think this is fair?

You're a moron.

Half of a brain you have. Yes.
UAW didn't bankrupt Detroit moron / competition from new carmakers beginning from the 1970's on up began the demise of Detroit.

Add to this GMAC got into the sub-prime mortgage lending debacle / there's your problem numbnuts.

Yeah it appears that the unions have been quite successful in Detroit.

Detroit's population dropped 25 percent over the last decade to its lowest level in a century, according to U.S. Census figures released on Tuesday.

It would appear that you are either a moron or a union hack. Take your pick

Not in a union numbnuts.

Population dropped due to massive job losses. Pontiac, Saturn, Hummer, Oldsmobile, all owned by GM.

Chrysler being bought by a firm similar to what Romney works for - and as stated before, competition by foreign manufacturers.

Funny how the taxpayers bailed out Chrysler and soon afterwards they were bought by Fiat. Smooth move Obama.

All union shops. It is no wonder why the workers at the VW plant told the union to pound sand.

Without government unions that should be illegal, there is no union left but the corrupt ones that buy liberals for a dime a dozen.

Identify ever person working for VW supportive of union and fire them. At this point (obvious by the militant words of union reps), any supporter of unions will be a detriment to the company and will be a potential saboteur.

They are not committed expanding or to build anothern plant down south unless workers organize some way

Perhaps you should read the article.

Not VW management but the head of VW's labor union was the one commenting on the outcome of the election.

Either the plant will remain non-union, or it will go the same way as the previous VW plant in Pennsylvania.
