But that wasn't unanimous. Do you read your own posts for consistency? It couldn't be that you don't see the flip flops you make depending on the conclusion you want to make. It must just be that you don't see the trail of cobbled together arguments without rhyme or reason. Just to fit the moment.
Neither was the Heller case; that was only 5-4.

Last time I checked 7-2 is a greater margin of victory than 5-4.

Wrong again liar.........
How many do you know personally??
How many of these people do you eat diner with??
I know thousands that meet for competitions shooting custom built ARs
Doctors,lawyers,judges
I have never seen one of them be crazy
But a moron/liberal like you claims to know what people she never met and would never meet think
You said millions, not thousands.

I've met thousands as well over 20+ years of military service and a lifetime of hunting.

Every single one of them who owned an assault rifle were certifiably nuts.

<quoted text>Btw, I live in northern Michigan and spend a lot of time fishing, kayaking, camping, and hunting in the UP with plenty of bears & wolves. I've also lived or vactioned in most of the US, usually out in the boonies with the big bad animals.

I've never carried anything more than a 30-30 with 6 rounds even when Moose hunting in northern Maine.

If you're so a-scared of the big bad wolf, maybe you should get Little Red Riding Hood to hold your hand.....
Only a moron would shoot a moose with a 30/30
In Canada it is not even legal

Once again you prove you know nothing about guns or hunting

Tell us how you pull the trigger again

Really? Then the US military has been teaching it wrong all those years??

Better hope you don't have to shoot multiple targets or you're going to pass out from holding your breath that long......

<quoted text>Not the point. I asked if the law was such a clear violation of due process (giggle), or is so obviously unconstitutional (outright laugh), then why hasn't it been overturned by the federal courts over the past 24 years?
Not the point

The ban has stopped nobody from buying one..........

Actually the price came down on the street

Why change a law that raises the price of a gun???

<quoted text>Not suprising you would know all about such illegal devices. Did you find that while looking up how to make your fertilizer bombs or ricin weapons?

And you still claim people who own assualt weapons are just normal average everyday people?
I know the guy that makes them here legally..........

And sends them to the USA

And "libtard" fits you to a fucking T. We can't help it if you are as dumb as a bag of hammers and can't see it, because it is blatantly obvious to everyone else.
Just as limp-dick coward fits you. Now go shoot up another school and prove what a man you are.

Since I was in Maine and not Canada, it wasn't a problem.

Would you feel better if I used an AR-15? Would that make is more manly for you?

If you can't bring down a large animal with 6 shots or less from a 30-30 then you have no business hunting.

Simple, I use my left index finger to pull the trigger. It's so simple even my grade school age daughter can do it; and I'm sure she's a better shot that you as well because she doesn't try to hold her breath while shooting either.

Sure village liar

There are almost as many assault weapons as adults and only a tiny few are used in crimes so you are a proven liar again

Tell us how you don't hold your breath and you pull the trigger when shooting a moose with a gun that may not even penetrate vital organs

Here's some numbers that are sourced:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/worldview...

Here's a thought: the number of people killed by drunk drivers don't really make a case for the number of people killed by firearms.

PS: Twice as many people are killed by firearms than killed by people driving DUI.

My point is that liberal/morons are so stupid they see nothing wrong with having the right to kill a unborn baby but not having the right to defend your child
You most definitely DO have a right to defend your child; who ever said you didn't?

You just don't have the right to use whatever weapon you want to do so.
