It’s a start but it is a far cry from what is needed to provide people with medical health care coverage. As much as the right wants to fight it, it is inevitable that their position on making health care affordable and being against the ACA (and President Obama) could not be maintained.
Clack this up as another victory for Progressivism and President Obama.

As far as the insurance industry goes, there were several areas of adjustments to law agreed by both major Parties, that could have been done to improve availability and affordability. Affordable Health Care is NOT what the ACA is about... Previous to ACA, Health Care for those in need was FREE. Anyone needing health care received health care. Now, with the ACA, eventually you will get health care given you based on your relevance to society and your sustainability as a taxpayer.

Obama's victory as you call it has 31 million people without insurance, which is more than he claimed was needed in the first place. He has ruined his legacy, his country and his ability to tell the truth. All of this when all we had to do was insure 17 million, or less if we leave out the illegals. Victory.........only if he sinks a put.

They lied about the new enrollees. In reality only 2,000,000 have successfully signed up for insurance. It is an unadulterated disaster. Obama, lies, and his Democrat cult followers swear to it. I love it. By November sick Americans will be multi voting Republican this time!!! Nah. We aren't allowed to multi vote.

Instead of admitting what everyone already knows, the ACA is a RIGHT WING created plan, hatched at the so-called "Heritage Foundation" a right wing think tank. And was originally called "Romneycare."

It's market based, and gifts 50 million uninsured persons to right wing run private health insurers.

The Reich should LOVE it!

But sadly they don't.....because the big bad black man took their idea and made it his own.

Are you serious? It is a joke, right? The communist left stood by with their hands in their pockets while the Right Wing created the worst health care system in the history of the world to foist on America to make the President look bad? OMG, you can't be that stupid. Maybe you can. What difference does it make?

Good to know that republicans have once again illuminated us with their bogus false leadership. Denying Obamacare as winning solution to their failed monopolized health care insurance tactics.
Now we are observing the orbital benefits beginning to surface. Notice no mention of the large Primary care doctors gap, as the ER’s empty out and the entourage of medical and secretary’s that will stimulate.
Now as the republicans illuminate us with their failed leadership. Let us expand this Obamacare ideology to our education which republicans have been dumping the debt onto our students.

………Fox In The Hen House….
Now why would Ricky want to turn down $5 Billion of revenue for the state and provide Health Care Insurance for his constituents that are presently dying off? Hmmm could this have something to do with it.
Miguel Fernandez just wrote a check for $1 Million to Rick Scott.
Miguel with one stroke gets $ Billions to serve Medicaid across Florida. Do you remember the AHCA agency. NO? Who does? It runs the states Medicaid programs and regulates the state hospitals. Governor Rick appointed Elizabeth Dudek in march 2011. She admires Ricky and features him on the ACA home page? Her alliance is documented, when Ricky made erroneous estimates to expansion Medicaid numbers. Politifact exposed Ricky as being false in his numbers. Elizabeth ignored the false numbers and went ahead by supporting Ricky with his erroneous numbers.
Soon came the complaints from financially gouged billed patients. Fragrance of Ricky’s past with his HCA are once again emitting their aroma into our hospitals atmospheres. Ricky took the fifth 75 times will he some day come to beat that record?
Our Ricky was identified with a similar scenario with no other than with Miguel Fernandez. Remember how Ricky relieved $ 125,000 from Miguel and restructured Medicaid into 11 “Managed Care” private regions. Miguel patting Ricky on a job well done.
Miguel goes out and throws together “Better Health” company and wins {3} contracts from Elizabeth,{AHCA} worth billions! Serving the Pan Handle, Central Florida and South Florida. Miguel’s other companies will serve HIV and Aids Medicaid patience in 10 of the 11 regions.
“Better Health Inc” is 49% owned by Miguel and 51% by a doctor in Coral Gable to make it legal. Have some fun and go to their web site. Check out “About US” and or “Our Senior Management Team” LOL these two are the only employees??? Funny way to raise money for our Ricky lad don’t you think??
You would think our journalist here in Florida would be all over this. Sorry but they are leaning so far right they are sinking and taking in polluted water faster than they can bail it out. Their was a glimmer up in the Jacksonville Papers of the tip of this information. Do not go into detail or investigation.
Attorney General turns his back and sees nothing, says noting and does nothing. Our republican congress huddle with their lobbyist.
Rest assured though for Ricky and Elizabeth and Miguel announced their was no “Favoritism” and “Competitive” and “Objective Criteria” was all observed and there is nothing here to see move on, move on..
How could anyone think that Florida is the state of scams??
This is what Jimbo is all about. This is what he supports. Fox in Hen House scenarios.

Here is a scenario you are not familiar with pookie, the constitution.

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EXPANDS RECOGNITION OF SAME SEX MARRIAGE..........ILLEGALLY. IT'S A STATE ISSUE.

The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791.[1] The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution's principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited to the States, are reserved to the States or the people.

Marriage is a states rights issue. Call your brilliant constitutional genius Obama and explain he is once again trying to revoke the constitution.

Here we go again. Jimbo running comments without engaging brain. Revoke??? Really a big DUH there... By the way Bill Of Rights was not ratified by all states. So get off your toad stool and use actual facts. What is or is not a state issue and not federal is determined by the law and as you can see there is no illegal format being exposed. Merely foxy chicken little barnyard tactics from your dysfunctional mentality.
One more little tid bit for ya. Federal supersedes all states contracts. Look it up nit wit. Perhaps your selective memory fails you on the Civil War we just had. DUH !

You are correct its not 2 million its 3 million with Gallup polls indicating a surge will soon follow for new enrolls. Those that did not expand medicaid coverage are now experiencing the lost of health revenues that they turned down as their insurance premiums increase. Junk insurance is no longer legal. Their obstinate nature will cost them in lost of health and financial capital. They have already demonstrated they can not compete with Obamacare. Those that elected to embrace Obamacare are now enjoying Health Care Insurance they could never before afford at lower rates than the states that rejected Obamacare. Example a single mom with one child earning $250 a week is charged $350 month in Florida where as in California the same mother one child receives Total Health care for $27 . Thus here in Florida we have people dying at the rate of 6 per day, according to a Harvard study, on the streets due to lack of simple primary health care. ER's continue to pick up the losses to be charged to the insured's premiums. Rick Scott has changed nothing other than whose hands receive the wealth.
Is he concerned about the voters? Perhaps that is why {R Senator} Mike Bennet in Florida, is presently putting up a bill to the republican controlled Florida congress to eliminate voters by reducing polling sites from 99 to 69. None of the affluent polling sites will be affected only where the impoverished and handicap will not be able to vote unless they can travel some distance. That is if the polling site in the affluent areas allows gate entry.. Ahh now that's the republican way...
