Mr.Bush is an example of a glad-hander. He's a player and the soldiers are too naive to see the truth. He took them into war, caused untold damage, and then he smiles and shakes their hands.

You really need to catch up...Medicaid is for qualified lower income persons and has absolutely nothing to do with retirement.

Those of us who are retired paid in to Medicare and SS for decades. We had no choice and our employers paid in more on our behalf; the gov't spent our money when they should have been making a good interest rate on it. Now it's called "entitlement"?

Many of us are paying taxes on 85% of our social security and taxes on all of our retirement incomes and taxes on any interest or capital gains income. We also pay ~$100/mo. for medicare and more for supplemental insurance, unless we or our spouses spent decades serving this country in the military and have TriCare for Life. What the hell more do you want? Patriot...really?

Actually I don't think you know how social security works. If you are receiving ANY social security payments today, you are getting paid from the taxes from worker today. It other words, you are benefitting from redistribution. Social security is not a savings account. It is the worker today paying for people benefitting from the program today. Back then you did the same when you were employed.

Any retiree benefitting from social security is part of the 47% that Mormon Rich Money believes are "victims dependent on government". Do you agree with his assessment?

Making war for profit meant making war so people like the Bush's, the Cheney's, and Condelesa Rice could maximize the money they made on financial interests in OIL (as in oil wells),Haliburton, and military equipment. As for Iraq ... did we really free them?
