You are the one that doesn't know what they are talking about.Currently I pay 15% both on my qualified dividends and my long term capital gains if I decide to sell. When I sell my stock,I will be taxed at a 15% rate after I have subtracted my stock basis from my total selling price. If Obama has his way, I will be paying 35% both on my dividends and long term capital gains.I am retired and I count on my dividends to help with our expenses. It gives us a small monthly income. If Obama has his way, I will not have as much to fund my retirement.Of course you don't care. You would like to punish those that have saved, worked all their lives and invested for their retirement. It is not just the 1% that will be hurt by increasing those rates. You are only concerned with punishing those that are successful so that it gives you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you have made them pay more. What will you and your kind do when you run out of other peoples money? SOCIALIST!
most libs/dems dont invest, so they know, and care, little about the double taxation and the risks of losing money when investments don't work out. don't waste your time and internet ink on them. they want you to pay your fair share. If you are rich or white, they want you to pay more than your fair share, since they've been oppressed for so long.

LOL, I wish I was only double taxed. First I have to pay federal income taxes; then state taxes on money that was already taxed. Then I pay property tax on my home, but the only money left has already been taxed. Then I pay sales tax on everything I want to buy, again using my money which has already been taxed three times. Don't forget I also pay medicare tax and social security taxes on top of all those other taxes with money that has already been taxed. Then I have to pay gas taxes whenever I fill up the car.

So the rich complain about double taxation, while I am paying hepta-taxes. What is even worse is I have to work for my money while the idle rich get to take tons of money without lifting a finger. The golden rule.

....How about the Dow being at an all time high under Bush at 14,000?...Unemployment was low under Bush for most of his two terms. It was not until Congress being taken over by the Dems did the unemployment rate and the gas prices started going up.What is the unemployment rate now?I bet it is about to go up again along with gas prices. Why are you celebrating a 7.9% unemployment rate as something to be proud of?Get back to me when the rate gets back down under 5% like it was for most the the Bush years.I to can cherry pick numbers like you do.You like to give the worst numbers you can find.If you would average the unemployment rate during the Bush years you will find they they were much lower than what we have now!By averaging you get a much different picture than what you do by taking the highest number you can find. What are you going to say when the rate goes higher these next four years? Will you continue to blame Bush?
LOL, I see you are rewriting the history of bush already. Low unemployment??? I suppose you forgot the tent cities that were home to thousands in many cities because of bush's policies. Are we expected to forget bush blaming Clinton for the economy for the first 6 years of bush? Daily we were told that it was Clinton's high tech bubble that burst causing the bad economy. Are we to forget the thousands of factories that shuttered their doors sending millions into the streets looking for jobs that didn't exist? Are we to forget the subsidies to corporations shipping their jobs to China?

This is one of the big problems with the GOP. Complete denial of reality, and the willingness to fabricate the most obnoxious lies even when everyone knows they are lying, they say it anyway. They are shameless.

Clinton Admin. Knew of 9/11 Hijackers

More than a year before the 9/11 attacks, Clinton administration intelligence officials had identified four of the 19 9/11 hijackers as a terrorist threat - including al-Qaida team leader Mohamed Atta and his partner Marwan al-Shehhi, whose planes destroyed the World Trade Center and killed over 2,700 people.

But the critical information was not acted on, at least in part, because of prohibitions against intelligence sharing implemented by former Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, who was reportedly installed in her post at the insistence of then-first lady Hillary Clinton.

It appears the intelligence community is quite adroit at sniffing out seductive emails and yet fails to recognize terrorist acts while using live video feeds on drones. Oh, but they identified an obscure YouTube video as the cause for an assination.
Yup, got it.

What was the unemployment rate for the first six years of the Bush administration? What was it after Botox Nancy took over Congress the last two years of Bushes term. You only want to look at what it was the day he left office. You are a typical Obamabot. What is the current unemployment rate and what has it been for the last four years? It has been much higher than under Bush as an average for all the years Bush was in office.I am not rewriting history. These are facts.

Under Bush the Dow reached 14,000, but ended under Bush at 6500.

That's not cherry picking, that's fact. It's not where it was, it's were it eventually ended. And it ended with American citizens loosing nearly $15 Trillion from a Collapsed Economy and Financial System, Sept 2008.

Same with Unemployment, Clinton handed Bush a 4% unemployment rated, in Jan 2009 when Bush's terms were complete, Unemployment ended at 7.8%, and in Jan 2009 750,000 Americans has lost their jobs, under Bush America loss 8 Million Jobs, 4.4 Million since 2006.

Bush never signed into law any Democrat policies, he vetoed every piece of legislation sent to him while the Democrats were in the Majority for the 2 years they had it under Bush. So that argument has no basic in fact.
