It is about time. These people realized giving legal papers to illegal people would bring them lot of money to the economy.
Driver licenses for 12 million folks. Equals to 420 millions dollars on just the licenses. Car insurance $600.00 average per year 7.2 billion dollars.
Trip to Mexico once a year. 6.0 billion dollars a year. They would be really blind to not pass an immigration reform.
Plus fine for being immigrant ( at least $10.000 per person x 12 mil ppl ), plus taxes...

Walls are wholly ineffective. It's jobs that are the attraction. Brutally fine and punish employers who hire illegal labor. That ought to do the trick. Make it absolutely impossible to realize a profit at the expense of legal labor.

I agree that you don't take down America because some other country can't get their act together. It is too bad that we are not getting the best from these other countries.
One thing I have notice about the Illegals though, they fail to look at the whole picture of their wrong doings. If you bring down America there is no other place on this planet where you can go and have it so good/no where in the world !!!

I see the greed, the disrespect and the arrogance displayed by illegals each and every day and it's just wrong.

It appears that the MSM has convinced a portion of the Republican party that if you pander to the Latino vote.
We need to make it clear to the Republican party that if they support amnesty, we'll remember it at the mid-term elections!

I hope any proposal includes closing down the 14th amendment, e-verify 100% of workers, require students to have SS numbers to register for school, no more ITIN numbers for just a few things.

You are right.
Mexico needs to be forced to take responsibility for her people.
As long as Mex. imports/encourages her poor upon the US,as long as the illegals continue to send remittance they will not lift a finger to improve living conditions/create jobs/a proper educational system for her poor/uneducated,etc. The only ones benefiting are the corrupt Mexican Government/Elite and our useless old geezers who feel they are entitled to hold office til they croak.
