People gather outside the state legislature as Senate Republicans gave their final approval to legislation requiring additional rules surrounding abortions in North Carolina, even as hundreds of protesters against the bill watched from the gallery in Raleigh, N.C., Wednesday,July 3. How stupid do you have to be to go past the 20th week before you get the abortion? I guess "stupid" enough to conceive a pregnancy which goes toxic at 21 weeks...or a fetus without a brain stem...or any number of other anomalies ... you do know that later trimester abortions are only legal in those sort of circumstances....right?

Of course you do...

The world isn't full of demons. Nature is harsh, terribly terribly harsh and only the strongest survive. That's kinda the whole natural selection thing, you know? We humans developed complex social systems and for that to function we needed a sense of empathy for others in our social group. That's why we have a working moral framework and other animals don't, at least not to the same degree. Having said that we still have a problem with rape and torture and environmentally irresponsible behaviors so we're not by any objective means better.

You also illustrate an excellent reason why govt. shouldn't be involved in our healthcare.....because why should taxpayers have to fund erections, birth control, maternity care at all? Maybe if govt. stayed the hell out of our lives, you wouldn't have to stress so much over men's boners.
Now it is government? We were discussing health insurance.

Why should health insurance cover any of the above or anything at all?

Kids coming home to an empty house is much like the Rhesus monkey clinging to that cold inanimate object. Kids still need their parents to be around even after they start school.
They sure do.

Not necessarily legal in some states even in cases of fetal anomalies.

It should be up to the policy holder to decide the kinds of coverages they want or need. No one should have a right to dictate the kinds of benefits an institution or company should provide. Unfortunately, we have govt. taking over healthcare which means taxpayers are going to be forced into paying for coverages they may not want or need. I would say we have almost half of the country who do NOT want this. That's enough of a push back for any president to stand back and work out something in a bipartisan way. One of the reasons this economy is not bouncing back is because of this and the uncertainty for business. This project should be scrapped and both parties should work on a plan that will be best for everyone.

Well at least you put some thought into your reply.....not.

I rest my case. Uneducated folks like you deserve a leader like Rash Limpballs. You all can roll around in your misery, together, until you die fat, stupid and lonely. Cheers!

I have a collage degree but I will admit to something very stupid- I voted for Obdumbo in 2004. I am also pro choice but that does not change the fact that Flukes is a spoiled brat. I paid for my education and my birth control and I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth.

You are posting to a low life troll who probably did not complete his/her primary education. I, too, paid for my college degree and worked in the religion library and the ME Dept. The Fluke person was used by the left to try to cause harm to a Catholic College, just a stooge. Glad to hear that you have seen the light about Obdumbo. Those who haven't seen that he is the most inept POTUS in history are simply Obdumbo Zombies.

You didn't vote for him as President in 2004 - the first time he ran was 2008.

I got that.
If Jack Ryan hadn't been forced off that ticket, Obama would never have become Prez. Way to go, IL GOP....

Did I say I voted for him for president in 2004? No I said I voted for him in 2004. I live in Illinois and he ran and was elected US Senator in 2004- dumbass.

Yeah.

The IL GOP worked feverishly to derail Ryan's candidacy as to assist Obama's election to the IL Senate.

I'll have some of that Kool-Aid you're drinking.

If I were you, I'd shut up because the more you post about this, the more ridiculous you look.(If that is possible to get worse)The poster was from IL and if you had any sense, you would know he/she wasn't even talking about a presidential election. Continuing to expose your ignorance about it only makes you look like that black mold around a toilet commonly found in those gas stations who give you a key to the bathroom.

You really should apologize for being such a dickhead because here is what the poster said, "I voted for Obdumbo in 2004." That was the ILLINOIS election and if you had a brain cell, you would have realized that.
