Then you'd have to explain why in the last two Presidential Elections that those who don't pay any federal income taxes supported the Republican Ticket and are concentrated in Southern States that are traditionally Republican.

There isn't a republican Senator or House Representative from a Red State or District south of Virginia and East of New Mexico who represents a constituency with a net positive Tax payment to the Federal Treasury.

Based on your logic all the voting machines in the southern region of America should be confiscated

you're dumber than I thought....the 47% is the elephant in the room that cannot be ignored. they are gonna vote for Dems forever, no matter what. That's great for Dems, until the taxpayers run dry. A large number of taxpayers are Republican, so it might boil down to taking from the achievers, in order to reward the non-achievers, for their vote. is that good, or bad?
when the non taxpayers outnumber and outvote the taxpayer, bad things are gonna happen.

Had Romney never said anything about a mythical 47% chances are there would have never been invested research of the data confirming that Southern States by a large margin have a majority of the residents in America who pay not a dime into the Federal Treasury and are front and center eating out of the trough.

Notice how Republican Rag sheets are attempting over the last year to spin the obvious dependency of Red States on Federal largess programs.

If the t=bagrepubes want to win an election, they might consider forgetting the 47 percenter number. It did not work for Mitt Binder-of-women Romney and wont work for any new members of the Clown Car. Just a suggestion.

You are still singing a loosing tune one that gets no traction when a thorough review of the statistical revenue data from the Treasury and Commerce Department. Most of the Southern moocher states should only be allowed 3/5th of a vote per individual who pays no federal income taxes.

you bet, THANKS 'his' troops by cutting their retirement funds for serving honorably and retiring, or getting blown up or shot and forced into disability retirement. what a prez, what a guy, what a commander
..........
Save 6 billion in 10 years, 600 million a year on backs of military retirees.
interesting
..........
.From FY2008 to the present, annual U.S. bilateral assistance to the West Bank and Gaza Strip has averaged over $600 million,
.......
Taking from military retirees to finance foreign aid to islamists like gaza, egypt, iraq, jordan, afghanistan, pakistan etc etc
these are the people our troops have been killed by the last 12 years. Now the servicemembers that have fought against
the war on terror getting ready to retire can have the comfort knowing these cuts will pay the very people they fought. Smooth move CONGRESS and OBAMA

You were cut loose, those of you who chose to ended up south of the border and in South America after the civil war.

Why would we cut loose our territories and property? You in the South has been a life long drain on the finances of America in receiving financial support. Those economic waste lands in the South. aren't in a position to be self reliant. They never had the infrastructure to survive on their own.

Riding Georgia of "ghetto dwellers" does nothing for those back water counties in Georgia where unemployment hovers around 45%, those are the most dependent of the Georgia residents living on federal largess.

The clipping of the military retirees is a strategy induced by republican Ryan to save the tax advantages enjoyed by the ultra rich, they also clipped federal employees also, those individuals who support out military in their operations.

The Republicans who hold the majority in the house had been hinting for several years on their intentions to take the funding to support tax cuts from the backs of the military retirees, some of you refused to listen.

it's just not exclusive to the Tea Bags in Congress, but the entire Republicans Caucus is suspect in that a large portion of the Caucus Republicans represent States and Districts that make no contribution to the US Treasury in Income Taxes.

Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, Louisiana, South and North Carolina, Utah, and the Dakotas are also counted in those numbers and all overwhelmingly supported Romney in 2012, and McCain/Palin in 2008, an we haven't begun to discuss the basin of poverty in the Appalachian region. Unless there is some common myth that poor people pay taxes there is no way to spin these facts..

No, they're not new, they've always been federally dependent, they were just hidden in the hills and low country rather well. The LBJ programs where intended explicitly to lift that segment of Americans out of poverty.

Food Stamps were intended to get those people off a diet of road kill. Those locations in the south have been economic wastelands since before the civil war and nothing has changed down there. There's no infrastructure to build industrial centers and not transportation tributaries to transport good to market.

Most of the undeveloped wilderness in the South is full of homeless people and moonshiners.

agreed!
Please notice I gave Congress and Obama equal billing for both bringing up, and passing the bill signing it into law. Both houses and the president had the capability to strip or change the 6 billion from retirees to other equal budget saving measures, they just plain didn't want to.

The biggest WELFARE states are blue you pathetic lying marxist.

http://www.census.gov/prod/2011pubs/acsbr10-1...
Check page 3, dumbarse

http://www.statemaster.com/graph/eco_per_of_h...
Federal funds going to states in the central part of America INCLUDE military bases, defense aircraft and weapons plants, NASA and other items in order to make them as unreachable to enemies as possible. It doesn't necessarily mean welfare as a bigot marxist attempts to make them appear to be. Man, you people are really stupid. You really need to quit pissing down your own leg with your regurgitated false adverstising..........try to win a few more state legislatures and governorships, lower taxes and maybe some more companies will build in your state rather than leave..........LMAO

However..........if you want to cut us off..........then Texas would be allowed to keep the 250 billion we put into the federal coffers each year????????

OK by us........when do we start. bozo?
