LOL, hey Issa, thank you for being a bumbling obsessed idiot… now this patriotic American can go on with her life knowing that this right-wing witch hunt is over.

Wow, Issa did everything wrong as he desperately tried to stop Cummings from giving and opening statement to asking questions of the witness. Oh well, back to the Benghazi Fast and Furious non-scandals… maybe they hold a “special election” on that, LOL!

Look, I know it hurts to think that every time you want to create a scandal to try and implicate President Obama in to only have it puff out into dust... it is very frustrating; but to try and make this Idea disaster into an attack on me is true desperation. We are laughing at you stupidity... and I am happy that Mrs Lerner can laugh in Issa's face... LOL

Mrs. Lerner really pushed the buttons of that alwayswrongboy. Seeing him run off to fux to cry and whine, then be privately reprimanded by boner for his conduct, proves these phoney scandal merchants are at wits end.

Lois Liar created her own scandal, just as Obama created his with Benghazi.

First, you're still an idiot. Second, the article clearly says Issa warned her about a contempt finding should she refuse to testify, so did nothing wrong and Lerner still has jeopardy attached. Next, this was a continuation of a prior hearing, so there weren't a new set of "opening statements" for a continued hearing. Last, as for Cummings asing Lerner questions, Issa was correct in shutting the hearing down because why should he give Cummings an opportunity to ask "friendly" questions that Lerner might just choose to actually answer?

"I could have offered to reopen the hearing and allowed him to make a second statement," Issa told the paper. "As chairman, I should have been much more sensitive to the mood of what was going on, and I take responsibility."

The Republicans have already spent $16 million on this nowhere investigation. Money to burn for Republicans. Taxpayer money.

Jolly ran a C+ campaign at best / never held office, and in fact was a lobbyist. Only thing that saved him was a ton of OUTSIDE money infused by the Koch Brothers moron.

Truth be told,'61, by most accounts, Jolly was outspent by Sunk in both campaign funds and outside money. So a not-well-funded C candidate, former lobbyist who never held office beat your seasoned, well-known, former gubernatorial candidate who won that district in the general in which she lost the governor race to a republican. Start quaking,'cause, come 2015, there'll be a new sherrif in town and the Senate will then actually take up House legislation that's been shoved into Reid's desk drawer for the past six years, and Øbama will be hog-tied and have to sign at least some of it in to law.

I hate to say "I told you so" but,. I told ya so.
If what Issa is and was doing was honorable he wouldnT have humiliated the Republican party.
This is a primary example of the sleez ball politics the GOP employs. They epitomize a Banana Republic Cabal.
I said this was all a Show Trial and that has finally been confirmed. Issa crashed and burned in the most public way and disgraced the GOP and himself.
Issa's antic shamed America before the world and made a mockery of our system of justic

Issa was within his rights as Chairman to do what he did. Minorities always want special treatment. It is time they were treated like everyone else. As for the Benghazi scandal it came out today while the CIA talked about investigating what happened, they never did even though 3 CIA agents were killed that night as well as the Ambassador, and the former SEALS. Time for a Special Prosecutor. If Hillary was smart she would demand a special prosecutor, then work with them on demanding the truth. It would change the whole dynamic of her decision to run or not for President. It is suspicious that no investigation was started, but the Democrats pretend there was one. What are they so afraid of? Hmmm.

Benghazi to you wasn't investigated? Or did you not accept the findings?
