His "resignation" (wink, wink) just goes to show you that a 4 star general can STILL BE A COWARD.

This entire thing is nothing more than a distraction from Benghazi.

The timing of this is too perfect. He was supposed to have a Congressional hearing this week on Benghazi. Where the gang members throw softball questions and praise the guy.

But now, that is "on hold". Go figure there.

Now what the main topic of conversation is, did he nag that chick and for how long? Instead of, was the Ambassador trying to buy back shoulder held rockets that were confiscated by Al CIA-Duh after Ghaddafi was assassinated? And what part did Turkey have to play since the Ambassador and Turkey were in talks in Benghazi regarding the exact same weapons?

This is just like Donald Rumsfeld on 9-10-01 when he gave a press breifing of the missing $2T that the Pentagon lost. Due to what happened on 9-11, nobody ever questioned the $2T ever again. Hmmmmmm.

But, if Betrayus actually does get called up and has the hearing, I forsee an Oliver North situation here. Did you know you were selling guns and arms to Iran and Iraq during the conflict? "I am sorry sir, I do not recall" In other words: I PLEAD THE FIFTH.

If it makes every one feel better, long time Democratic Sen D.Feinstein, one of the leaders in the Intel Committee, just said on CNN that she was completely blindsided by Obama's actions regarding Petraeus.

Team Obama has no more respect for Congressional Democrats than they do Republicans. Team Obama are New World Order 'progressives" and will govern more like Hugo Chavez governs Venezuela.

The Election is over. The Die is Cast.

Surrender, Submit, OBEY.....The Obama!

can't ask questions of the most transparent administration

when it came to nut cutting in the eric holder questiong, it came down to the who, where, when questions and SLAM down came the executive privilege curtain. who thinks that won't happen in this case unless obama has petraeus to right off the bat say 'I did it, I said stand down' which he already denied ordering.

His resignation shows a man of integrity who DIDN'T want to lie to congress as the director of CIA to cover nobama's asz.

No........

It means he is a citizen now. So he can plead the Fifth.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury,------A Congressional hearing is not a grand jury.

except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger;---He WAS the head of the CIA. And with all forces told to stand down, this could be argued.

nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself------Need no explanation.

Once again, the staggering implementation of in-your-face Socialism and "you give me Osama, I'll give you an Abassador" takes a back seat to really fragrant, diddle some spanking skank manliness. And the quality of the people is just amazing... the tryst threatening another woman as if she were a female gorilla in the bush. Yeppers, Americans voting for Obama will slop it up. Is it any wonder a President leading his people to food stamps would approve of his 1% tools ripping the colons of Boy Scouts? With the new Democrats, it's quantity, not quality.

au contraire

He probably was being blackmailed to NOT tell the truth about Benghazi and he called their bluff, only they weren't bluffing. I would stay off air planes for awhile if I was Petraeus. The seem to fly into mountains in times like these. This whole thing has been known since October. Obama just waited till his trump card was an Ace instead of a Jack.

WE will never know the threats the Petraeus family may fear if the General revealed the details surrounding the benghazi murders. Don't expect him to put his family at risk. Most of us would kow tow to our Overlords in the White House under the same circumstance.

Oh, jeez, here we go again.

Generals come and go for all kinds of reasons.
Even good ones.

A tempest in a teapot so the American public
will stop thinking about the drubbing the
Republicans took from Obama.

That's right. You will never know, but that won't keep the
likes of you from dreaming up all kinds of bullsh*t, will it?

But, in the meantime, milk it for all it's worth.

This is a shame to kow tow to our WH - the people of America deserve to know the TRUTH. The news media is not providing the truth either - they are just like cats in a litter box.
