'Like it or not, Constitution allows Obama to strike Syria without Congressional approval'

Throughout our history, neither presidents nor Congresses have acted under the belief that the Constitution requires a declaration of war before the U.S. can conduct military hostilities abroad.

We have used force abroad more than 100 times but declared war in only five cases: the War of 1812, the Mexican-American and Spanish-American Wars, and World Wars I and II.

Pres. Obomba has very transparent government, they have only a few thoughts: bombing and attacking these guys, who are uncomfortable for them.

Obama is signing the UN gun control and Biden is threating Congress:
Biden: We'll Target Congressmen Who Oppose Gun Control Efforts
Friday, 30 Aug 2013 12:32 PM
The White House will continue its push to strengthen gun control laws, even if it means targeting members of Congress who oppose its agenda, Vice President Joe Biden said Thursday.
"If Congress doesn't act, we'll fight for a new Congress," Biden said in the Roosevelt Room of the White House as he swore in B. Todd Jones as the new director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. "It's that simple. But we're going to get this done."
In April, a bipartisan gun-control plan that would have expanded background checks and banned assault weapons failed to garner support in the Senate and was killed off, despite polls that showed massive public support in the wake of the Newtown, Conn. school massacre last Dec..
Now, Biden and President Barack Obama are pushing two new measures that they say should curb gun violence and keep weapons from those who shouldn’t have them. The orders are executive actions, which don't require congressional approval.
The orders will stop the import of surplus military weapons and close a loophole that allows felons to get around background checks by registering weapons to companies.
"It's simple, it's straightforward, it's common sense," Biden said.
It is stupid and not common sense - My gun has never jumped up and fired a shot all by its self - it had a finger attached to the trigger.
Obama already signed two executive orders on gun control to get around congress.
Looks like these two are going to try to show how strong they are while all the foreign countries are laughing at them.
maybe Obombe is afraid that uss citizens will take all things in own hands and come on government with weapon one time. That´s why he tries to make gun control. It is just like with this nsa, where all people are globally invigilated in internet. Regime is afraid of loss of power or undermining, it is characteristic for every regime: to keep power for all price.

So the English parliament..House of Commons votes against going to war and new world order puppet of the elitists Cameron is stymied, but the American congress can not vote against the same so new world order elitist puppet Obama can not go to war. So Obama goes to war on his own. What the hell did we fight the Revolutionary War for if Britain is more free then us? At least on this issue. Wars can get out of hand. there have been some warnings on this one. We have had a free ride since the fall of the Soviet empire. Hope and Change...and many more jobs and a much stronger economy....PURE BULL! If we go to war we will hide the declining economy. Maybe we will get a few nukes lobbed at us. We are due.

Why are you quoting FOX NEWS? You do not believe anything they say. Read it close and you will find Obama stated they needed Congress approval when he was a SENATOR.

It is also written in your web site that Presidents, of course, do not have complete freedom to take the nation to war. Congress has ample powers to control presidential policy, if it wants to.

Only Congress can raise the military, which gives it the power to block, delay, or modify war plans.

Do you know the difference between WAR and a CONFLICT?????

That pesky constitution had many checks and balances on it that have been obliterated. it really is quite worthless now in many ways. me, a limited nuke attack here not destroying everything will shut us all up. Including you. You warmongering parasite. Can't even admit to your mistakes. then we repeat..over and over..

U.S. military lives lost are the least of their worries.
And then there was Obama.
