If this clown,Obama, was serious about global warming, he should quit flying all over hell and back in Air-Farce 1. He is a hypocrite and a liar. He is trying to destroy the Constitution and the USA. When are you liberals going to wake up and see this?

Maybe Obama is planning another mass migration like the Dust Bowl days in the '30's. With a whopping 187,000 well paying American Coal jobs in the balance the migration to Silicon Valley must be in the planning stages.

He must have planned ahead. To announce such a game change without planning for the fallout would be Criminal or at the least a mark of pure Insanity.

"Our planet" has been around for quite a while. What makes you and the rest of the global climate warming change morons think you can have any impact on "our planet"? What other scientific facts have a full blown marketing department and a brain dead spokesman like Gore? The subtle shift from global warming to the more neutral climate change did not go unnoticed. I guess "warming" was a bit too specific so "change" is the new mantra. Ever see a documentary supporting gravity? Who is the spokesman for gravity? Why hasn't gravity been rebranded as "what goes up may come down"?

You poor, stupid, naive people will believe damn near anything. If you want to believe this nonsense that's your business but higher utility bills makes it my business. Good luck saving "our planet" and killing our ailing economy. You can't fix stupid...

actually, it was 'climate change' long before you ever heard of it. you just parroted a media soundbyte you heard...

as to humans affecting the planet: remember acid rain? you neandertals said humans couldn't affect the rain. then it was found we could. then you idiots said it was only local...no, it was found we affected the rain (read: climate) on a large scale.

then you fucktards said it couldn't happen across the oceans...and again you were wrong...

want to try the argument that humans can't affect global effects again?

stupid people often try failed things more than once...

Ah yes, acid rain caused by the evil industrial revolution and a volcano or two. That was supposed to kill off every living thing but here we are alive and well devising new ways to screw up mother earth. In fact, we've graduated from changing the pH levels in rain to jacking up the whole damn climate. Now it's getting warmer or maybe cooler...well let's just say the climate is changing. Who knows why it changed in the past. Ice ages, warming periods back and forth with not a smokestack or SUV in sight. Just cavemen and gassy goats inadvertently changing the climate. Thank God you and Al Gore came along to show us the light lest we might blame sun spots or some other cyclical, naturally occurring phenomenon.

Now our fearless feckless community organizer has decided to fix the climate so we won't get over heated while walking to work or waiting in line at the free clinic with the undocumented immigrants. Unfortunately, our landlords in China could give a shit less about the climate as they build more factories to manufacture more solar panels to sell to you and your idiotic comrades.

All I can do is continue working to increase my carbon footprint and methane output. But have no fear mother earth, the community organizer has a plan to save you and he will get it done right after his 100 million dollar trip to Africa. I hope the earth can hang on just a while longer.

There are many reasons for climate change. However, most of them you can't make a buck off blaming them. I find it rather suspicious that the people screaming the loudest about climate change being caused by mankind, have made millions off the idea. Its rather hard to blame a volcano eruption and make any money.

You're right, you ARE stupid beyond help.

That attitude is how our rivers became so polluted it wasn't safe to eat the fish out of them, and in many places still isn't. Rivers have actually caught fire and EXPLODED because of the level of pollution. Obviously you've never been to Chicago or New York or LA or Houston or any other big city in the summer and felt your eyes watering and lungs burning from all the air pollution; or watch the brown snow fall in winter.

All for the sake of a few jobs.

Of course, POTUS must have a plan to replace the jobs and the revenues. He just hasn't told anyone in the House or the Senate who represent the five States most adversely impacted what that plan may be.
Simple, put all those coal workers in clean green factories mass producing wind turbines, solar panels, and the related infrastructure technologies.

He does have an answer. Grant amnesty to 10 million illegal aliens and open the border for 10 times that number so that the few jobs left can be given to them. That and the enormous increase in energy prices cause by the shortages created, additional taxes imposed and the additional demand of millions more illegal aliens flooding the country to replace those illegal workers that have been granted legal status should completely devastate the middle class.

You left out the "Killer Ozone hole" over Bush 1's summer home. Everyone was going to be radiated by the monster micro-wave caused by ozone eating spray deodorant cans.

Do you know why most peoples before pasturation drank beer or wine instead of water? The water was too polluted. Drinking from a river was dangerous. Unfortunately we use whatever method is readily available to dispose of that which we don't want.

I was in Ohio when the Cuyahoga rived burned. It was a wake up call about polluting the river system. It was something we could see and measure and once we saw and determined just what we had been doing to cause it, we cleaned up the river and it doesn't burn anymore.

We are like that. Show us the facts, let us know what to do and most people will do it because it's right.

The disconnect between global warming and action is the lack of facts.

Is it warmer today? Let's look. Why yes, if we compare the last 10 years with the average of the 30 years starting in 1983, it is .15*C warmer.

http://data.giss.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/gistemp/nma...

How about comparing the last 10 years with the years since 1990. This data set represents the cooling of Pinatubo and the warming of the '98 el nino.

http://data.giss.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/gistemp/nma...

And everyone has heard that global warming has flattened out. Since 1996 not much warming.

http://data.giss.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/gistemp/nma...

You can't find many data set showing long term temps, but the Berkeley Team came up with a data set that supposedly supports the existing data sets. Here what they say about temps since 1800.

God made the planet and he can fix it if he wants, or allow it to continue to deteriorate. The Earth was covered with ice millions of years ago, then it started warming, and the ice started melting...the first evidence of 'global warming' so now the ice only covers the polar caps, but that is just because they are all thats left from the original ice. It's not caused by man, and man cannot fix it. There is no doubt there is pollution, but thats the side effect of millions of people/animals living and breathing and driving, and farting and all that stuff. When fossil fuels are gone, the earth will cleanse itself in a few weeks, thats what God created the oceans, winds, rain, forests, green plants, trees, etc for. And then too, Global warming could be his plan to slowly cleanse the earth of humans, wait a few million years and try again. Next time he might leave off a couple of the races that turned out to be a mistake....the current experiment apparently failed.

Here in Atlanta GA, the deep south, it's June 26, summer about half over, and we have not had a single day in the 90's, and very few much higher than the low 80's. It used to get so hot here, when a dog chased a cat, they both walked. Not anymore

Obama should be more concerned about all the emissions emanating from his upper body orafice, namely, his mouth.
