No need to sign up, get sick, go to the emergency room where they have to treat you by law.
It`s the only way to kill this law.

In November vote out every democrat wheter you like them or not. This is all about the numbers. Every politician who voted for obumacare violated the peoples trust by not reading the bill before they voted.

HOLD them Accountable, vote them out !!!!!!!!

asinine strategy but extreme. I suggest reviewing bankruptcy laws and your State write off limits first.

Jimbleboy, you are wrong - as usual. Yes I own my own busuness, no i am not rich and yes I have always believed it is each and everbody's responsibility to be insured.

I still pay for my own health insurance, it is cheaper than the $2700 we were paying last year - and we keep our doctor too.

Oh please, the best economies as far as states in this country are being run by Republican's anyway. Not one Republican voted for that bill and one reason they stated was that NO ONE HAD READ IT!!!! The dems didn't care, it was on the agenda to get it passed and it was part of the Obama change so they were all on board and didn't care what the people wanted or thought. In fact they cared so little for the people they were suppose to represent they didn't even bother to read it to find out if it would be good for the people or not just for the purpose of suggesting changes to improve it first. They did not care what the people that voted for them thought or what would be best for them. All they cared about was Obama and his agenda....screw the people! They decided they would just tell American's what was best for them no matter what they might think themselves. In fact they would force the law on them without thinking enough about them to even read it first and find out what they were forcing on them.
EVERY Democrat that voted for the ACA or Obamacare should be voted OUT! If you don't think anymore than that about the very people that elected you to be their voice and do what was best for them then you deserve to lose the ability and the right to be the voice of them and be in a trusted position to represent them.

Lemme guess, this has everything to do with FOX NEWS! and RACISM! and BUSH! and REPCONS! and TEABAGGERS! and HATE! Right?

Its got nothing to do with the FACTS that its been delayed over 30 times because its heavily flawed, despite "Passing it to see whats in it" we still dont want it, its bankrupting Massachusetts yet it will be great for the country? It was completely biased and only one party (along with BIG PHARMA and BIG INSURANCE) wrote and passed it. It was pushed by our Pres who won LIE OF THE YEAR because of it. Naw, couldnt be any of the facts. It must be all the rhetoric and echo chamber talking points... Ya, thats it.

About that 6 million enrollees? Only 80% have paid their premium. That means that just over 4 million are legally signed up. Only 26% actually approve of the plan, and it will be gone by Valentines day 2015 after the new House, and Senate are sworn in, and begin cleaning house. Life is good when you begin holding politicians to the Constitution they swore to uphold.

Oh that is priceless, good luck trying to get that to work in November! Or better yet, good luck with that working for someone like good o'l Hillary should she be dumb enough to run in the next presidential election. Unfortunate for her there are still too many of us alive that remember her Hillarycare crap to go blaming R's for that one!!!

Oh but if you think what Romney did in Mass. will be your shining moment of proof that R's planned this and did this to the American people even though there was not one single Republican vote for it you might want to go back and learn a little politics yourself, That is what is called a state's right issue and one that should be left at that level since state's have and should have rights that the federal government does not and should not have. Government takeover of an entire system and then forcing it on the American people no matter what they may want.....well now, that is a Democrat thing!!!! Just like the ACA!!!!

If the Repubs win the Senate in November along with the House, we will see if they put their mouths into action. They can defund Obamacare. I am betting that people who vote Repub will be sold out again. There will be an excuse as there always is or somehow it will lose by one or two votes and they will cry out, "We tried"! RINOS and NEO CONS will probably still think it is them that the people want no matter how the voting goes.
