Lets talk about sequestration and how it will affect the housing situation for many many working and non working low income families. It will be devastating and could leave families literally out in the cold. HUD would be severely affected.

Sequestration ain't gonna happen. Beyond the milquetoast stopgap measures which Congress continually passes to avoid this, we have a bigger problem Houston.
Along with the "spending cuts" both sides want, we need revenue, not MORE tax cuts.

Romney talks about "tax cuts", then pays for them with pie-in-the-sky closure of undefined loopholes (which he expects our broken Congress to legislate, yeah right) for it to be 'revenue neutral'. Well if it's going be the same revenue, why have cuts?

What the fervent Norquist followers don't get is that we need to raise revenue to previous tax levels, not infuse the defense department with $2 trillion they haven't requested. Ignore this at the deficit's and country's economic peril.
Let It be

Sequestration should happen. The govt & public need to be reminded our leaders, on both sides, have failed us. Unfortunately, it does not go far enough. Our future is dependent on a more balanced budget, not tax cuts and entitlements.

I fear Obama does not mind more debt if he gets more programs and the GOP doesn't mind more debt if they get tax-cuts. Both are losing stories.

Warner is a socialist. We need to reduce all government spending, get rid of taxes, and make English mandatory!
