My sister is a project manager for another state's Obamacare website. I asked her how the project was going...
Freekin Mess was the reply. Over her objections (and probably the same issue is rampant in other places) the site with known serious flaws will launch on schedule.
The security in these systems borders on criminal.
If you sign up through an exchange, be prepared for identify theft, because few if any of the typical safeguards are in place.
Just for fun, I've tried logging in - It looks like they put up the "down for maintenance page" as a replacement for the system error dump page, because NOTHING EVER WORKED.
What a joke!
Of course, what do you expect when Bozo the Clown is the President.

To be fair, the website is at least as efficient as obamacare.

Finally got through and lots of helpful advice and a lot of savings on my present health care premiums.

Let's hope the goons who are calling in to mess up the system can find something more productive and constructive to do with their lives.

You are right - It is actually BETTER than ObamaCare because at least the website failure is immediately obvious.
The case of the actual law is much worse.
Even simple medical procedures that have been performed in doctor's offices for DECADES will be required to be performed in a hospital, because the pinheads who wrote the law "know best".
Maybe the lawmakers should have read it after the DemocRATS passed it.
Maybe some of them did, and that is why they want to repeal the huge stinking pile of Democrap that was dropped onto the US.
Here's a little factoid:
If you want to read the (un)Affordable Care Act, and can read the document at an (optimistic) rate of 1 page per minute, or one line per second, if you prefer, and you spend 40 full hours per week without any breaks while doing it, you will be through it only 7 WEEKS!
Hmmm

So you "finally" got through. What a great testament to ObamaCare!
Lets hope that you starve after you lose every cent to identity theft.
Since when is trying to use a poorly implemented system based on an inept plan an attempt to "mess it up"?
What a freekin moron.

anyone who thinks such a major rollout would go off glitch free is not dealing with reality...

Anyone who thinks a law that takes more than a month to read yet still doesn't deal with the major cost driver issues, yet is called "affordable" must have donkey crap for brains.

In two words of one line of one page, more could be done than the tens of THOUSANDS of pages in the Obama Care law.
These are:
TORT REFORM
The largest cost to a doctor's practice is malpractice insurance.
Since you can sue a doctor for failing to diagnose lung cancer when he is treating your hangnail, doctors are required to do millions of tests that have negligible benefits, just to help ensure that when the lawsuit comes, they are covered.
Immediate savings: 50% cost reduction
Why won't this happen, and why wasn't it included in the ACA?
Simple:
LAWYERS OWN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, and getting 30% of multi-million dollar lawsuits that give the people $5 each for a claim that was bogus in the first place means they can contribute BOAT LOADS of CASH.
And they do.

Great news!
It only took 45 minutes for the HealthCare.gov webpage for ObismalCare to abort!
I'm sure glad that the website launch went on schedule.
I don't know WHAT I would do without it.
ObamaCare, like Obama, is an abject failure.
I'm sure it will be even better when the 20 somethings find out that they get to pay $300 a month for a useless plan with a $10,000 deductable.
Maybe that dumb-fluck in the White House will take the option of the personal mandate delay suggested by Congress... Who knows, maybe Obozo would actually have a shot at keeping one or two Dems around when he loses the Senate in 2014... I'm hoping the pig headed idiot doesn't, because I hope the SOB gets impeached.

The response to the Affordable Care Act has been
enormous. Millions of American want to sign on.

For the first time in their lives and their children's
lives they have a chance to get genuine
medical care. No insurance company cypher telling them
that their kids can't have it.

A great day in America.
Thank you President Obama!

The GOP TEA RINOs are afraid that ObamaCare will succeed.

If they really believed it would be a failure they would just let it proceed and fail on its own. It's sad that the GOP would terrorize the government just so that ObamaCare won't succeed.

For the last year, doctors have been leaving the profession, nurses laid off and put part time, hospital staffs have been cut back. Reverberations of this industry impact have affected support industries, especially with the unread law putting additional taxes on medical equipment and manufacture.

Yet, Obama supporters continue to pull wool over people's eyes by discussing its potential success. It's been failing for a long time. People criticizing its failure and innate nature of failure aren't hoping for failure, they're reporting failure.

Socialists are mentally ill.

Many parents worndering how they will afford to pay for the extra premiums on thier kids, buisinesses moving to part time to avoid it, millions opting out and will pay the penalty/tax.

Romney/Ryan 2012! Riiiigggght. LOL.

Um....the socialists are you people whining about the indvidual mandate refusing to pay for your share of the healthcare costs. Us insured people are tired of footing the costs of healthcare for the uninsured. Pay for your own costs!
