If the man going to be executed by lethal injection, he was unconscious anyhow, so what's the problem.

Apparently, they like to be in charge of who dies. They don't anyone dying on their shift..... uh, at least not until they get to do it.

They should put a bottle of pills in all prison cells for those that choose to use them.

Ok let me get this straight. He was going to die so to get out of dieing he tried to kill himself with an overdose of drugs and would have succeeded if they had not found him first. Now the state won't kill him with an overdose until he has recovered from the overdose that almost killed him. If he had killed himself would that mean he beat the rap? Since suicide is illegal does that mean that they need to put him on trial for trying to kill himself before they kill him?

A resent survey of prisoners found that they are all not guilty.

Give him a few more pills, probably cheaper than a regular execution. While they are at it, throw in a water boarding!

We put animals to sleep out of kindness, but Jerry falwell, Ted Haggard, the Catholic Church, and the rest of the right-wingers won't let us put to sleep those that want to end the suffering, or those that simply want to die. We're not some third-world country. Americans should have the freedom and rights to do what they want to their own bodies.

Has Obama blamed Bush for this guy's overdose yet? And why hasn't Obama banned all executions by now anyway? Oh yeah, forgot, he got elected on the promise that the troops would be home from Iraq by now...

I think they should put this idiot in the electric chair and shock him let him recover shock him again and repeat several times. That will teach him not to be a do-it-yourselfer, leave it to the pros then again who cares he is gonna die one way or the other. And for the prison officials they are also idiots that should take a seat in THE CHAIR. TORCHER THE BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!

It is so simple folks. The government can do a better job of killing him. If the government kills him he will be deader than if he made himself dead. It reminds me a lot of ObamaCare.
