reminds me of the line spoken in YF by Terri Garr....I don't have to tell you....you used to be friends with the monster.....what I wouldn't give for a good Mel Brooks movie that I don't already know word for word.

When both were two years old,Terri Garr's daughter Molly came onto my son at a party. But alas, he was holding out for one of the Kennedy girls.

Two favorite scenes from Mel Brooks movies.
1. Blazing Saddles....when Hedley Lamar is interviewing bad guys, one guys qualifications are "rape, murder, arson and Rape" when asked my he listed rape twice, he said "I like rape"

2. Roman senate in HW1, senator sez,"fellow romans, I ask you, should we continue to build monuments to ourselves, or should we aspire to do the more noble thing, and build affordable housing for the poor? how does the senate vote?" In unision, the entire senate stood, raised their fist and said "Fuck the poor" and the speaker said, "good"

That is the part that ,made me laugh the loudest. The President comes from the bowels of corruption, Chicago, and goes out of his way to deny corruption. He went on Fox, and if he really thinks they are less news worthy then CNN, and MSNBC, what does that make him, pretty damn stupid.

There is no way he could elevate anything. He is an example of Affirmative Action t it's best.

What has affirmative action got to do with trying to elevate the Fux discussions which are usually down in the gutter?

I knew Cleavon Little briefly. You may know this, but Brooks wanted Richard Prior for the part, but for some reason it didn't work out. Prior did end up as a writer on Saddles. Little was gifted, but not so much in comedy. Prior would have made the movie a lot funnier in my opinion.

Your truth is not The truth. Liberals have no idea of the truth. Look at your President for example. He lies about everything, Obamascam, Benghazi, the NSA spying, and the IRS scandal. Get back to me when Liberals understand what the truth is in Obama's circle.

story I heard was that RP was in his drugged out period, and was verrryyy undependable, and maybe uninsurable, so they had Cleavon step in....RP probably did some of the dialog and got writing credit. RP was a funny dude, loved him in Silver Streak and couple with Gene Wilder.

That sounds right.
I used to love Richard Prior's impression of a white man.
