Rick Perry is simply not very smart. He also has no principles. He's for sale to the highest bidder.

"A&M wasn't exactly Harvard on the Brazos River," recalled a Perry classmate… "This was not the brightest guy around. We always kind of laughed. He was always kind of a joke."

The man made a C in his major - animal science.

According to Perry's university transcript, he earned 20 B's, 27 C's, and 9 D's. A's and F's were rare.

Additionally, Perry was placed on academic probation for his poor performance in school.

WASHINGTON -- As governor of Texas, Rick Perry has pursued a controversial agenda that would gut Texas' vaunted public university system..

One reason that might explain his hostility toward the system: He didn't do very well in it.

The future politician did not distinguish himself much in the classroom.

The only reason Rick Perry is still in office is because he runs on a platform of "Politics for Dummies".

That fits most of Texas' voters.

RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (AP)— A North Texas man carved a pentagram into his 6-year-old son's back Wednesday, telling a 911 dispatcher that he did it because "it's a holy day," Richland Hills police said.
