Reid and Feinsteien obviously don't mind the govt going through your home, and personal records but some of us believe it is our constitutional right to demand a warrant from a judge rather than because an agent "thinks" or "has a feeling" there might be some useful information there. The govt should have the authority to do it, they just need a warrant as required by the Constitution.

How dare Bush and Chaney foist this anti Bill of Rights monstrosity on the American people. How dare those Republicans in the Senate infringe on our rights. Of wait, Bush and Cheney have been out of office for over two years now and the Democrats have controlled the Senate for over four years. What was I thinking? I guess the Patriot Act won't be a campaign issue in 2012 after all...

When it comes time to vote in the primary for a Republican challenger to represent New Mexico, remember it was Republican Congresswoman Heather Wilson that cast the deciding vote during the Bush Administration to keep this Constitution robbing law active.
