Here laborers shovel fly ash and just wear simple protection for their lungs, just a simple 3M respirator. No cartiage respirator. Fly ash and K-wool insulation stripping. A very itchy job. No wonder why I cannot smell, like I used too.

WOW! In Illinois, they gravel the roads with it. People are sick but nobody cares. Liberty Ridge and Joppa Roads were constructed of a 50:50 mix of Fly Ashand some other aggregate. Talk about an ash cloud!

Anyone have any idea why this has been allowed to happen?

thats not what every one around you says, you still smell pretty bad.
