Having worked in the chemical industry for 40+ years (Chlorine, Caustic, PVC)I've seen the work environment improve by leaps and bounds. My worksite was an OSHA Star worksite, and recertified twice.(I retired two years ago)

I would love the task of taking this worksite from what it is today to an OSHA Star Site, but it would require 100% support from management and employees.
