Nance Carpet cited for exposing employees to amputation, shock

Nance Carpet and Rug Co. Inc., a company that has been in Calhoun for several decades, has recently be noted by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration , as exposing employees to amputation and electrical shock hazards, according to the Department of Labor's press release.

There is a lot going at at Nance Carpet other that illegal mexicams. Lots of other illegal activity and i have the proof and i am going to expose them.

The mad employee is Daniel the former electrician! Nance should be sued just like Mohawk was for hiring illegals and keeping wages down. All that works there are dopers and jailbirds! The Nances should be ashamed. And no Daniel, you won't win a stupid lawsuit based on discrimination! They like Hispanics at Nance! Duh!

Really? You are all over my post. Didn't know my comments were of importance to you. Should I be feeling special? Do you read the initial post before you make a comment? Or the paper? If Daniel did not have a legitimate complaint, Nance would not have been cited and made to make appropriate corrections. Is that plain enough for you.

well my problem with this whole thing is daniel got mad because he got fired for not being on his job. That's when he started telling lies and calling immigrations on nance. Not before he got fired! Only after! And as far is him suing nance because of discriminatio, that won't fly!! Look how many Hispanics work there!!!! Duh!

This is about nance being cited for placing their employees in a harmful work environment not about illegals working there. They were cited by OSHA. Who cares if it took Daniel(and I do not know him) getting mad before he turned them in. I don't agree with the way he did it either but the fact remains it was legit or they would not have been cited for it.

I seem to have hit a nerve with this person. You add nothing to discussion trying to run me down. Try to stay on topic. Your opinion other than the topic at hand is no concern to me. I'm not defending Daniel. I am only stating that if OSHA had not cited nance for his claim then we all may say it was nonsense, but they did.
