It seems like walmart is always touting how good their oversight is and how many programs they have to make sure bad things don't happen. The funny thig is EVERY time they talk about their great oversight it is always AFTER someone has discovered them doing something wrong and is about to go public with it. Don't tell me how stringent your supplier guidelines are AFTER you have been caught doing something wrong AGAIN. This isn't a factory 8,000 miles away - this is in South Louisiana. Makes you wonder how well those "stringent" supplier guidelines are working in the sweat shops overseas. The fact that the people who caught walmart's supplier mistreating people and breaking the law are union funded is irrelevant. Does the fact that the are union funded make what happened any less wrong? If this is all a union ploy then why did you suspend the supplier. Walmart - playing the old deny deny deny shell game again. I believe this is a company is BAD to the core and they do horrible things every single day - they get caught more often than you know but only a few get publicized.
