For those looking to undergo OSHA training online, they must only go to sites that are reliable and those that are certified like http://coggno.com/onlinetraining/index

The importance here is that people were not being trained properly, and improper training can be more dangerous than no training. With no training you rely on your instincts, when you have bad training you are relying on potentially dangerous techniques and think you are safe. I agree with OSHA on this.

One thing to consider is that some of the authorized training courses offer affiliate programs to get the word out. Some websites work closely with the authorized training businesses in order to offer approved OSHA safety training as well. http://www.osha.net is a great example.
