The Mayor of NYC and the inspectors are just as guilty for allowing them to stay in operation. Bloomberg isn't very big on taking responsibility for bad things.

In this case, it was HIS job to oversee the safety of that crane. It's about time people are being penalized for not taking resposibility for their actions.

He should rot. I'm sure he'll learn his lesson at Rikers. The inmates just love guys like him.

Q: Why are so many Italian men
called "Tony"?

A: Because when they arrived at Ellis
Island they had this pinned to
their shirts: "To: NY".

It's interesting how Newsday censors the slightest discussion of blacks and Hispanics by taking down forum boards that are insulting.

But any sort of white ethnicity is fair game - and so the boards stay up.

This paper and it's employees HATE white middle class Long Island. They loathe them with all of thier being.

The sooner this paper dies, the better.

God speed the day.
