I am very disturbed about this. I know that Colota is gone but 67k is just a slap on the wrist. My sister-in-law lost her baby girl. THIS PLANT SHOULD BE CLOSED!!

My nephew birthday was 12-19, a birthday without his mother giving him a party, not being there for his first day at Kindergarten. Colota was very close to her son and 67k is not justice it's a JOKE. Colota's death touch the whole family. We could not view her body.so there is no closure. We are still grieving.I pray that this does not happen to another family.

I AM THE ONLY SISTER OF COLOTA GATES.I FEEL THAT $67,000 IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY FOR MY SISTER'S DEATH.THAT PLANT SHOULD BE CLOSED INDEFINITELY AND SOMEONE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE BECAUSE IT TOOK A LIFE ANND LEFT A CHILD WITH NO MOTHER.SHE THOUGHT THAT SHE WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING BY WORKING TO TAKE CARE OF HER RESPONSIBILITIES.WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MURDERER ON THE STREETS WHO HAS KILLED AN INNOCENT PERSON AND CONTINENTIAL PLASTICS? A MURDERER RECIEVES ABOUT A MILLION DOLLAR BOND AND A LIFE SENTENCE OR A POSSIBLE DEATH SENTENCE.CONTINENTAL PLASTICS WAS ONLY GIVEN A $67,000.THEY BOTH MURDERERS.

This is very saddening because everytime someone brings my sister up it just brings tears to my eyes. I am still not able to go with out crying. I visited her gravesite a couple weeks back and just burst into tears. That plant deserves to be shut down. It just kills me to know that my mother had to see her God-Daughter leave this place so soon. Everytime i think of her i remember everytime i seen her she was smiling. When i see her son to this day i cry. This was my sisters best friend. && that plant has caused alot of emotional problems, especially for the people who were there and seen what happened.
