Many OSHA standards require initial safety training for employees, and some also require annual refresher training. But many people overlook the OSHA standards that have requirements for unscheduled training that are triggered in special circumstances. Check out this post to our OSHA Training Blog at http://oshatrainingservices.blogspot.com/2011... .

And for a little holiday-related levity, read our timely blog post about “How OSHA nearly killed Christmas”: http://oshatrainingservices.blogspot.com/2011...

For Pool Builders and even homeowners who plan to maybe build there own pools, checkout this book.
Builder's Guide To Swimming Pool Construction 2nd Ed.
Forgot where I got mine but it actually helped with a couple issues(even with 15 years of experience) Very valuable info listed, maybe could have referenced some more OSHA facts like shoring and rigging but all in all worth the price.
