Man hospitalized after Sinclair refinery emergency
#1 Aug 24, 2012
This place is a shit whole I've never been scared to work in a refinery before but I am now! They won't stop until someone is hurt bad or killed. It's a shame a man has to work under these conditions. I have a friend here that said he should've stayed in the Army it seems he had a better chance of survival.

We were there, and we decided to drag up, along with 38 other people that we know. That place, everyone has said the same comment. It is unsafe, very unsafe and they have never been scared before but are of that place. Why is it when you try to get information on all of the incidents it disapears from the news. Are they paid to remove it? And why is OSHA taking there time getting the report done or better question why is OSHA even allowing that place to run, it should be shut down until it is safe to enter. Last question is for all these people turning there heads and or taking quiet money, why is that more important than another person safety or their Life!!!!! I pray for all the people that are still working there and pray that you Mr. Plant Hand can find a safer place to work.

This place is ridiculous it's shocking they can keep this plant open. I will take a job at Burger king before I step foot in this place again. The operators are clueless, safety is a joke, and half the employees can barely turn a wrench. Pitiful!
