Good day,

I would like to take a moment to introduce my company and myself to you. We have provided maintenance excellence programs within Phelps-Dodge copper mining, Allied Tube rolling steel mill, Hydro, Kaiser, American and Nichols Aluminum that have successfully reduced maintenance downtime and increased product on time delivery, improved personnel morale and most important of all enhanced plant safety.

I created the first visually instructive LOTO procedures for Ford Motor Company and the United Auto Workers (UAW) back in 1993. This led to doing the same at GM and Chrysler after the UAW National Joint Committee on Health and Safety fully approved the procedures as they met, and in most applications exceeded the guidelines in OSHA 1910.147.

Most recently in 2011, I did the Level I and Level II LOTO procedures at Nichols Aluminum Alabama (rolling mill). This project also included authoring safe maintenance procedures, confined space and restricted area procedures.
