Could this be a cause for serious safety concerns?

I work at a place that has batting cages, basketball courts, ect. It's been around since the 70's. It literally has years of dust and moldy carpet in the open for everyone to see. Fungus growing all over the ceiling tiles and an unbelievable amount of junk pack up in boxes under the batting cages. The worst part of all is the waste goes to a septic tank. It's been getting clogged recently so sewage has been backing up through the drains in the floors and I have to mop it up. The mop hasn't been washed in god knows how long and still has sewage from days ago on it. The only chemical used to clean the fecal covered floor is PineSol (mainly just to cover up the smell). I constantly get complaints but the owner doesn't give a shit about their opinion or employees safety. Just wondering if this sounds like it could be a serious problem or if it's just a "under kept" facility. Thanks :)
