Your right the government should fine them. The employees should be fired for not following rules. Wait until you get hurt because some dumbass didn't take proper safety precautions....then we'll see what you say.

And the employees family will be the first to sue the company when one falls and is killed, even if fall protection is available and required to be used 100% of the time.
