Company Fined for Deadly North Iowa Accident
A Minnesota-based company receives a fine following an investigation into a deadly worker accident. Kenneth Sterling of Austin, Minnesota, died while working at an ethanol plant under construction near Mona, Iowa last February.
Authorities say the Austin man was pinned between a man-lift and a beam in the building. Sterling worked for Fagen, Inc. which is based out of Granite Falls, Minnesota....

can't belive fagen is still operating with so many osha violations,accidents and recordables!!!

its not fagens fault its the empolyee thats common sense a good worker is safe and efficient you know what you can and cant do its common sense fagen hands out a safety book and has safety meetings daily nothing is wrong with the company its the people!!!
