OSHA compliance paint fumes

I work in a small corporate office and we are doing construction to repaint and carpet the entire office. Instead of closing the office the procedures are being done at off-hours and employees are to work their normal hours. I am in the HR department trying to see if there are any OSHA regulations that we need to follow. I've read painting guidelines, but they seem to be specific to shipyard work. I was thinking there needed to be an e-mail going out to the employees listing the ingredients in the paint (for allergy caution) and also a list of potential side effects from inhaling paint fumes that employees should be weary of. Portions of the office are not well ventilated and do not have windows or fans, yet employees are to remain there. Any information would be GREAT as I can not seem to find the regulations on something this specific.
