I am no mexican, but I see a lot of american citizen not working because they don't want to do hard work, such as painting, cleaning rest rooms, houses or offices, cutting grass at noon when the sun is high, roof repairing in the Summer, delivering news paper everyday at 3 am, etc, etc, etc. I'm sorry, but I see colombians, peruvians, etc doing these works. In many years living in USA until today I have not seen only one white american doing these works. They're not taking jobs from americans. I'm sorry again.

I think you mean NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) who is headed by Wilma Liebman, which is unrelated to the story you linked. The story you linked is about the Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis and the pact she's made on behalf of the Obama administration with Latin-American countries.
