<quoted text>No its ME because I was referring to ME you IDIOT! Do you not get the fact that Gettysburg is a laughing stock of the state? The locals Are so stupid they can't get their crap together and even run a decent tourist attraction, and they had help from HISTORY! LMAO! You'd only believe it if you read it in some little wants to be a newspaper? LMAO!~ another little jerk water paper reporting that a cupcake shop is opening, wow, big news...LOL!!!
New business is always a good thing, and worthy of mention. And seeing as Gettysburg was booked solid for three large weekend events this past weekend seems no one but you looks on Gettysburg as a laughing stock. Fail.

Really have better things to do than report idiots. You'll be the source of your own destruction eventually. In the meantime, I'll continue to point out the idiocy. Besides, no one every reads these posts anyhow, remember?
The cops laughed in your dumb face when you called!!!

I heard.

You are a loser.

Back on subject. Had some time over lunch to peruse the 2010-2011 PGCB's annual report. Here is the link to the report:

http://gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov/files/commun... .

Here is the Vision Statement and Mission Statement from page 2 of the report:

Vision Statement: The goal of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is to be the premier gaming regulator in the United States, maintaining and enhancing public trust with honesty, integrity, and credibility.

Mission Statement: The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, guided by the Gaming Act and supported by a dedicated professional staff, will protect the interest of the public by ensuring the integrity of legalized gaming through the strict enforcement of the law and regulations, the licensing of qualified individuals and entities, and fulfilling the objectives of legalized gaming in the Commonwealth to deliver a significant source of revenue, assist the horse racing industry, provide broad economic opportunities and enhance tourism.

I believe the bill will pass. PA isn't going to let this untapped source of gaming revenue get away.

Gettysburg is a two-bit hick town, no casino would ever want to be there.

Fat chance.

Anyone with any sense would go to Philadelphia or Atlantic City to gamble.

Then they'd avoid being around redneck hicks.

Maybe you misunderstood me. I'll cut you some slack though because of your mental infirmity. Afraid the answer is still N and O. No.

This thread is about two possibly licenses for casinos becoming available and has nothing to do with gangs that don't exist. They are in your mind Steve,

Who has been run out of town? I was in town today, and couldn't fined a parking place within two blocks of the square. Most of the meters had time on them, so who is out of town?

I don't believe a word you say: you are the same person that claims there is no crime in Gettysburg.

At least you are civil about it, many other locals here who post under multiple names are very abusive.

So you are admitting that there is a crime wave in Gettysburg.

Finally the truth comes out.

Hopefully he tourists will read this and not come.

BTW, do a google search for "Gettysburg crime tourists" and see what comes up. Also search for "$&@% and *+#= Bar and Restaurant" and see what comes up.

All thanks to you morons replying and people popping in to see what's our newest cockamamie excuse.

Google's page-ranking algorithms really crapped all over you and your two-bit hick town.

Who said no crime in Gettysburg? Gettysburg is safer than most cities, but yes we have crime, no crime wave, but crime. Once again, please give me proof of one city, town, village or even area that has no crime.

Four consecutive years the Adams County crime rate was less than the state average per 100,000 people, and in one year it was less than half.

Show me your proof that there is a crime wave in Adams County.

Oh that is right, the local police, the state police, the newspapers, the radio stations and television stations are all hiding it.
