We all know that Kofi Annan was cut off at the knees by Washington's infinite wisdom.

The article is one mans opinion and not based on facts.

the US is training Rebel soldiers, not al queda and not extremists but soldiers to oust Assad and protect the people, this is not a crime. The UK, France, Jordan, Qatar are also involved. This is better than just escalating the war with new soldiers.

I notice he does not mention the Iranians coming into Syria, me thinks he is just a little bias.

How does Georgy Porgy tell al qaeda from a rebel? Does he measure the length of their beard?

Let's send Dana Perino over there to do the vetting. She's a smart cookie, maybe she's even heard of the sunni and shi'a sects of Islam.

Time to log off, George. Take a nap, clear your head.

George has a great deal of infinite wisdom. Unfortunately, it's stuck in an infinite loop.

Of course it's totally bias but that's the ones we like.
We have to pretend they are all al-Qaeda even though this is far from reality.

West has a plan of Regime Change, and does not care about suffering of people, Syrians, or any other.

The article sums it up nicely in the following paragraph:

They have, in fact - hit the nail squarely on the head. This is not the first time, nor will it likely be the last but - enough is enough with such duplicitous foreign policies.
.
.

"The more one studies the actions of the United States and its allies throughout this crisis, the more they seem to have been designed only to lead to ever-escalating violence. This raises the inescapable question whether, in fact, the slaughter and chaos taking place in Syria are in fact the intended result of U.S. policy rather than the tragic but unintended result of its failure, as Western propaganda would have us believe."

"After finally dropping the precondition of Assad's departure and agreeing publicly to Annan's "Action Group for Syria" proposal at the end of June 2012, the Western powers returned to the UN Security Council and reasserted all their preconditions, killing the plan before it could get off the ground."

How many of these 'peace plans' have been scuttled by the West?

Here are at least two from recent memory:

1) Lisbon Agreement 1992

Portuguese diplomat Jose Cutileiro drafts a plan, later known as the Lisbon Agreement, that would turn Bosnia into a triethnic cantonal state

All three sides sign up to the agreement; Izetbegovic for the Bosniaks, Radovan Karadzic for the Serbs and Mate Boban for the Croats

Izetbegovic withdraws his signature from the Lisbon Agreement at the urging of US envoy Warren Zimmerman and declares his opposition to any type of division of Bosnia.

2) Rambouillet Agreement 1999

It has been speculated that the wording was designed not to bring a peaceful resolution but to guarantee rejection and pretext for an undeclared war. Perhaps so. It is hard to imagine that any country would consider such terms, except in the form of unconditional surrender.
