Gun Violence: The Time to Talk about Gun Control is NOW

I wrote the post below on my blog at fairnessactivist.blogspot.com in July, but after seeing Bob Costas on Lawrence O'Donnell's show speaking out about the horrific murder/suicide committed by the Kansas City Chiefs linebacker I had to comment again.

Another left wing dirtbag chimes in with her nonsense.Funny how she oppses the Koch brothers but never mentions her views on George Soros. The second amendment is about the security of the FREE STATE...get it Holley. In 2011 there were 10,430 deaths on our highways attributed to speeding, yet anyone can walk into a Chevy or a Ford or Dodgedealer an buy a car that is capale of doing over 130 mph in a nation where the speed limit is only 70.Cars are designed for transportation cars that can do 130mph plus are designe for speeding. But not one word about this from the anti gun nut jobs like Holley. They know that their utopia of socialism is just a faury tale unless they can disarm the population. The second amendment was written when the musket was prevelant...some people argue we should go back to those weapons.Remember when th bill of rights was written women could not vote...should we also return to that?

That wins the award for the most pathetic thing that I have heard today. Imbecility is moving exponentially these days so that's why I say "day" instead of week or year.

As if I believe this person is "horrified" by what is merely another prime opportunity for their agenda. She might not even be aware due to her profound ignorance.

Her assertion that a "bullet" should cost $500 would promise very little target practice or becoming comfortable with a weapon. Gee, she's so smart.

She also expresses her colossal idiocy by claiming that people have the "right" to live their lives without risk. That someone going shopping (wow, her interesting life) has the "right" to do so without risk of harm. Ok, THAT just topped the most pathetic thing I have heard today. Can anyone with a still functioning mind IMAGINE the kind of society that this would be possible? Well first of all, it would involve NOT going shopping or doing anything for that matter and even if everyone lived in their own personal jail cell where only cops had the "assault weapons" (as she supports) there would still be people dying violent deaths (from the cops with the assault weapons).

One of the most frightening scenarios is living in a society with tens of millions of people like her that are so afraid of the reality of life. She can't handle it and wants to live as a bubble girl but instead of isolating herself - like she should - she wants EVERYONE else to join in her profound "horror".

I found her to be very informative.

She informed me that there are people who just can't compare & contrast real world vs. dream world. She informed me that she thinks the thugs that commit the vast majority of the murders actually buy bullets instead of stealing them when they steal the guns. What a touched lady she is.

But she is right about the time for gun control is, in fact, now. The guns in the hands of criminals need to be under control. But, instead, people with her way of thinking, will pass laws that only affect law abiding citizens.

A few republicans quit Congress, leaving a larger majority of democrats (in the Senate). Cops are going to instigate more shootings.

More communists will come out of the closet.

The only large significant group really pushing for gun control are the police.
