<quoted text>at least you are trying. if you understand the definition of "unlawful arrival" then you will understand the legal problem with trying to apply ULP. there is a problem with charging her with "unlawful arrival" as she was brought here as a 2yr old.
no one in our legal system seems to want to address it because of the known and unknown legal precedents. everyone is waiting for someone else to make the first move.
I just want to see her valid visa and if she has none, out she goes. I don't care how she got here just that she's here with no permission.

if she is working here and an illegal aliens someone is committing fraud.hiring an illegal aliens is a crime and using fake papers is a crime. illegal aliens have nothing legit to be employed. she is committing a felony by working with fake papers.
and not to leave out is working a job stolen from a citizens as is every illegal alien who works in the USA.
just because she says she came here as a kid does not make it true, she is not a kid anyomore so that is out the door. deporting her and all like her is best for the country,we have no need for illegal aliens no matter what con they try and pull, their words mean nothing.
apparently you are not up to date on immigration laws, and apparently you did not read the article. so apparently you are shooting from the hip with a knee-jerk reaction to the idea that this young lady is some kind of an evil person because her parents illegally brought her here when she was a baby.

from the article;
"Arguello was 2 years old when she arrived in the states, and so with assistance from a support group for Hispanic immigrants, Grupo de Apoyo e Integración Hispanoamericano, has applied for the right to remain in the U.S. temporarily under the deferred action policy adopted last June."

so, so much for your claim that fraud and felonies are involved here.
so until you can provide evidence otherwise, you can stop slandering this young lady and move on to real crimes.

you're the one who can't read, or perhaps is too lazy to read.

you're the one making accusations that apparently are false.
prove to us that she is using a false or stolen id as you seem to be implying.
you can't. you are just another hater who jumps to conclusions without considering the facts.
i'm sure that you can look around and find a real criminal to vent about so let's move on.

I proved she is breaking the law everyday she is here and that was my claim. Now you think I must prove the law is enforceable? Lmao@u!
Read the link azzwholle, the issue is "unlawful percents" and it is enforceable even if you don't know how.
And no one is giving you credit for trying because you are attempting to deceive people. Some ignorant illegal alien may believe you and be emboldened by your BS and do something stupid because of it.
Now F.O.
so if your interpretation is enforceable maybe you can show a case where a person brought here as a child was deported merely for being found to be here.
you didn't prove anything

btw, you use of the english language is real classy.

Why can't she use her fuel to fight her government in her country for her rights? Instead towards a foreign government where the people don't want her here. She is a illegal alien, she has no power or right to be here.
you're not from mexico are you?

i heard the gang of 8 are scrambling to try and cover their rears and take away and add to it, something of fixing the bill.
easy fix throw it in the trash and remove the gang of 8 from their job. when these things are done behind closed door it is known to be against the citizens otherwise it would be out in the open. the last time they tried to push shamnesty the same thing behind closed doors.
That's definitely true. We really don't need sneaks like this anywhere near our government. It's crazy how we got so many people who hate this country in our government.

fraud is a felony. no use trying to convince me she has a right, illegal aliens do not deserve anything other than removal. for my part all who support them can laeve as well, it would help the country greatly to remove traitors who support criminals.

She is Mexican. English is her second language. Whatever would happen to her is not our concern. It would be her country and her culture that would do it to her.
i'm sorry, you are wrong, english has become her native language. she is in every way culturally an American. she probably speaks better english than the spanish that her parents speak. in fact depending on what part of mexico she comes from she may be tri-lingual and spanish would be the second language of her parents.

now your comment about "Whatever would happen to her is not our concern" really shows what kind of a small person you are. that is not the attitude that built this country. i for one would not send anyone into a dangerous and life threatening situation. apparently you would.

Being here without permission. Which she would be deported from any country on the planet. I bet she is working and driving. Illegal aliens don't care about laws, that is why standards in their country are so low, why they flee their country and yet come here and want to make it the same as the place they fled.
you bet wrong. read the article and then go find a real criminal to vent about.

not only did you not read the article, you apparently did not read my response where i posted from the article. or perhaps you have a comprehension problem.
you have not shown any evidence of fraud on her account so move on.
she has done what was required to obtain the right to stay here temporarily and to work legally.
so now it is time to move on and find a real criminal to vent about.

This article talks about how this poor girl is not getting a chance to follow her dream but they forget all the Americans who are having their dreams stolen by illegal aliens. She should be deported along with all the useless politicians who turned a blind eye on this illegal invasion for years. It's CRAZY how we now expect the politicians who are most responsible for this problem, the gang of 8, to fix it.

True, some do work harder dipping into our entitlement system via their American-born.
