I think there is a catch. You probably have to give your personnel info. That would make it difficult to blow the whistle. Yet I wish those Scarlet letters would appear in every State in the Union.There would be plenty of whistle blowers if they didn't have to give their info......Believe me, their is a catch.If Ala. is that chicken, were screwed.
