Children who are US citizens? Not under the 14th amendment. Only parents who are under the jurisdiction of the US have a right for their children to be born US citizens.

People confuse jurisdiction with being subject to the law. Here's the difference, when a US citizen lives in Japan or Germany they still have to pay income tax to the US, Why? Because they are under the jurisdiction of the US, AKA US citizens.

Illegal aliens who have worked in the US for 20 years and than leaves the US is under no obligation to pay any tax to the US because they are not under US jurisdiction or US citizens. Illegal aliens can not vote or be compelled to preform jury duty because they are not under the jurisdiction of the US, nor can they be issued US passports.

This mom is hoping to be given a free pass and placed on the welfare roll where she will be a burden on US tax payers.

The government gives away citizenship to these illegal aliens born here because they are simply not enforcing what the law says.

If the leukemia kid had any decency at all, he would die as soon as possible so his mama can go back to Mexico to take care of her other kids.

Wrong. You paranoid xenophobic nativists already tried this argument back in 1868 when this amendment was proposed in an effort to exclude newly freed slaves and Native Americans from becoming US citizens. It didn't work then, and it ain't going to work now.

This is pretty simple read the 14th. Blacks were include illegal aliens were not.
Read the 14th amendment and read the arguments leading up to it's enactment and the picture becomes clearer.

BTW, the 1924 Indian act was written because even thou Indians were born inside the US they were not born US citizens, this act made them born US citizens. There has been no such act for illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens are given a handout and hope for it to always continue. Why don't they just fix up their country so they don't have to flee it?
