Good post. Except to add hard labor, cleaning parks, freeways and public restrooms as part of the sentence.

It's not done now. The house will kill it. I'am really surprised the senate has blown this up so much. It's like a ugly guy telling the school that he's going to take the head cheerleader to the prom before asking her, and then she says NO!!!

Aren't the Republicans the ones passing "right to work" laws? Seriously, trying to pin this on "Mexicans" tops the cake. Especially with all you Romney-supporting polygamists contributing nothing to the state 'cept backward concepts, child molestation and rape.
Oh please don't show your ignorance. The Romney's nor the Mormon church condone polygamy. The polygamist's are from another faction called the FLDS.. Romney wouldn't be a Member in good standing if he supported breaking the Laws. The ignorance of people on this topic astounds me. And my son lived in Georgia for three year's, loved the Bible belt, embraced the people and loved the State, but also realized the poorest of the poor live in Georgia and many, many need entitlement's to exist.I have always supported the legal Americans over any kind of legalization of Mexicans to take job's poor Americans need.

XXI CENTURY ( Amnesty 2013 )

I am in favor all undocumented people in this country (amnesty) but I wanna explain , USA do not need 12 milhon undocumented in this country:

A) to pay in-come tax,

Note: USA print money every day, milhons, and milhons

B) to be a labor productive.

Note: USA can buy whatever they wanna.

c) to go to the army.

Note: USA have NUKEs.

D) never say " they can not deport 20 milhon...... "

Note : USA " yes they can "

So, by 27 years undocumented people in this country are like white mouse in the lab,(1986-2013), check this out:

1) they had showed what happens when you PASSED AMNESTY BILL (1986 republican Regan president ) without employers enforcement ( if they contract somebody without properly documents)

Note: 1986 -- Bill gates, Apple, linux or NASA did not have many tecnology that we have today, funny :-)

2) 27 years with illegal entry by south border means a huge black market for dirt guys.

A) smuglers
B) illegal guns
C) Money wash
D) prostitution
E) slave labor
F) desistabilization on mexico governament
G) human trafic

Note: many more, to open a big hole in american economy. I forget about those guys with expire visas.

3) scapegoat by Republicans at all american elections.. Just to promote bad guys in our powerfull body ( governament )

Now is time to fix this broken system , because many people death, sofer and cry just to enrich a few, bad busyness without a lider.

A) smuglers=I.E. those catering to the drug addicts in the U.S.
B) illegal guns=What? Majority of weapons used by cartel originated in the U.S. from "law-abiding" gun owners.
C) Money wash=The original sighting was in newspapers reporting the Watergate scandal in the United States in 1973
D) prostitution=Where's your father, uncle, brother? Away on "business"? In Thailand by any chance?
E) slave labor=Hershey slave labor―the chocolatier sources much of its cocoa from known child slave labor farms in West Africa
F) desistabilization on mexico governament=Wrong, Mexico has actually been a stabilized economy for the major part of the 20th and early 21st century.
G) human trafic=Once again, you might want to check who your father has hired recently. Or if he's been staying "to work" late

After an expensive investigation the "Justice Department" could not find enough evidence to prosecute even one case of profiling or civil rights violations. Lacking evidence they decided to file a civil law suit since there is a much lower burden of proof. Remember O.J.? This was done for two reasons
1. It makes Holder and Obama look like they are doing something to persecute a person that is hated by illegals when in fact they were bound to lose and they knew it.
2. The hoped they could scare Joe into allowing the federal government to force policies and oversight that would prevent the department from arresting illegal aliens and to eliminate his tent jails reducing the number of people they can arrest.

How is instant amnesty, because that IS what this is, with the PROMISE of enforcement going to solve this distructive problem????
XXI CENTURY THINK TANK

1) Amnesty is a part more important of organize and aplication of law enforcements of a governamental institution then:

A) undocumented have many good people in their group and many want do their register and background check, without fear to be jailed.

B) many undocumented will not do their register and background check, because something is wrong. And governamental institution will be there to check this out , and they will find out what is going on. Maybe criminals or a stupid who do not know how to write their names, and they will avoid the opportunity.

C) many american citizens have the same tools that undocumented have to find a job.

" FAKE DOCUMENTS " ( to get a job, do not pay tax and get benefits ), and they collect
benefits from a local gorvernament .

And their real " SOCIAL SECURITY" is just to collect unemployeds of benefits.

Finally AMNESTY MEANS LIKE JESUS SAID:

The Parable of the Weeds

24 Jesus told them another parable:“The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25 But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. 26 When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.

27 “The owner’s servants came to him and said,‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’

28 “‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.

“The servants asked him,‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’

29 “‘No,’ he answered,‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”

Reading comprehension not your stronghold is it now? Whether Romney or the Mormon church itself does or doesn't condone polygamy is totally irrelevant. The majority of FLDS members voted for Romney. Wonder what "people" your son embraced while in Georgia. If those "Americans" would be working those jobs that according to your statement "Mexicans" take, then there would be no job openings in the first place, therefore your statement makes no sense at all.

Seriously?
Maricopa County taxpayers are set to pay $3.25 million for the death of a diabetic woman inside Maricopa County Jail.

The settlement adds to the $25 million that’s already been paid out for jail death cases since Arpaio took office.

The settlement also comes after several days of dramatic testimony that exposed serious mistakes, a long history of problems in the jails and attempts to cover-up and alter documents related to Braillard’s death.

http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/local_news/inve...

Living in Arizona all your life, blind and uninformed obviously. Trolling ignorance and nonsense. How do you enjoy dishing out $28 million+ of your taxes on behalf of a sicko like Arpaio? Isn't that what you're always whining about, Money?

attitudes among tea party followers:
63 percent believes that discrimination against whites is as big a problem as discrimination against minority groups.
66 percent believes that the values of Islam are at odds with American values.
54 percent believes that American Muslims are trying to establish Sharia law in the U.S.
56 percent believes that newcomers from other countries threaten traditional American customs and values.
72 percent believes we should deport all illegal immigrants back to their home countries.
this survey does show is that tea partiers clearly harbor a pretty strong set of racial resentments

December 13, 2012
Joe Arpaio, the sheriff of Arizona’s Maricopa County, lost a bid to dismiss a lawsuit by the U.S. Justice Department that accuses him and his officers of systematically discriminating against Latinos.
“Under Arizona law, the sheriff has final policy-making authority with respect to county law enforcement and jails, and the county can be held responsible for constitutional violations resulting from these policies,” Silver said.
