why because the feds are robbing us and calling more illegal aliens into the country with the offer of all this free money,no other reason for this nonsense. though it sure does put all those who claim illegal aliens cannot get it in their places proving they know nothing of what they say. a very costly way to prove this . here is another chance for American tax payers to call the feds to do their job. instead of gun walking now they are cash walking as well as robbing right in our faces and again some are ok with it.

It is amazing,$4 BILLION wasted so far on the non citizen loophole. Why become a citizen when the IRS provides bonus money at an avg of $10,000.00 per ITIN tax filer each year. Some have recieved $30,000.00 in refunds. The IRS says it can do nothing?

Like this? Lost Visa card blows cover on alleged $2M tax fraud http://now.msn.com/money/0611-oregon-tax-frau ... If Krystle Marie Reyes had been a little more organized, she might've gotten away with it. The 25-year-old Oregon woman's multimillion-dollar tax scam wasn't discovered until she reportedly lost not one but two prepaid Visa cards that held her fraudulent $2.1 million (!!!) refund. Reyes used TurboTax software to claim a fake $3 million in income on her tax return, scoring the eye-popping refund in the process. She'd already blown $200,000 before she was busted in what's believed to be the "largest case of fraud in the state." Reyes is currently in jail, and the Oregon Department of Revenue is scrambling to answer countless questions as to how this happened. The early answer? Human error.

Now news really, for years illegal aliens have been using Taxpayer IDs to file taxes and get huge returns. IRS knows illegal aliens are doing it but claims they do not enforce immigration laws. Clearly they do not enforce some of their own laws as the ID is to be used by green card holders or other legal residents working in the US and do nto have a SS #. An illegal claims income below the amount needed to pay any taxes and thereby gets a refund, even bigger when they add in the Jackpot Babies for the child credit.

Funny, how a person is in a nation foreign to them with limited language skills and suddenly learns how to game the system.
