So cases fought in court are emotional? There's a long history of discrimination cases fought logically. Those who perpetrated the acts acted out of emotion. They broke some kind of law that eventually led to revamps of those and tangent laws surrounding the circumstances. That's my point. That's precisely the point. The law is the law and there's no room for emotion, which is the core of every argument you've attempted to make. All those words haven't changed the law and illegal aliens are still illegal aliens.
Where to turn now?
Racism takes two forms, overt and subtle. You spew both.
Our arguing on TOPIX is emotional and your attempts to counter it logically are nothing but BS. Given your posts, you don't appear to represent anyone that's disenfranchised;meaning, you don't hold the same status as a minority or an illegal in this society. The law has to approach situations sensibly and in context. Stating by any logical means that your standing is equal, by virtue of historical documentation or precedent law text, to that of illegals is absurd and truly out of this world and out of context. No court will listen. They know better not to listen to forced anti-immigrant propaganda like that you've exulted.
I was picking on you, because you're an easy target. I succeeded in getting you mad. I just love to see you spew.
