Do not bother arguing with a liar. This guy is not and has never been an engineer.
I have been an engineer for over 30 years and worked on hundreds of projects with Indian and Chinese engineers as well those from other countries and as one engineer from South Korea once told me when asked the difference between Korean and U.S. engineers.“Korean engineers work very, very fast and make many, many mistakes, U.S. engineers work very slow and make few mistakes”. The main reason for hiring foreign engineers and in particular designing overseas is the fact that they work for less so the lower quality of work can be recovered in volume. If you want it fast and correct do it here. If you want it cheap and can waste time you send it overseas. The project will take many more man hours but the man hours are much cheaper.
Thanks for your take on it. I can tell you that my SIL would probably agree with you! He has dealt with many from China and Korea.

We need less immigration and more technical training for our own American citizens. We also need some serious tarrifs as this country is being held down by our political leaders.

We should accept every well educated, successful immigrant we can get. These people make our country stronger, an frankly help carry a lot of the native born dumb asses/dead wood.
My wife is an Asian immigrant/scientist with multiple college degrees, patents, etc who pays a ton in taxes- she is far more useful to the USA than some lazy native born dim wit with no degree (or a degree in something useless).
Scimming through post I had read this(your post,)and I am a "indian decent, my great grandparents survived the trail of tears" and do you think as a native of "AMERICA" its exceptable of someone who just today arrives here in the United States regardless of what they can or can not contribute and have them talk down on this great country that was built on struggling. We did pretty will without all immigrants and will continue to do well. So if you or anyone who feels adament about they added or can subtract from the well-being of AMERICA, than my opinion is LEAVE
