Well it seems wrote:
I read in the Ark.Dem.Gazette THAT ON HESTERLY'S CAMPAIGN REPORT THAT NO CONTRIBUTION WAS DOWN FROM CLEMMONS. SO I BET THAT LITTLE POSSE GROUP THAT HAS WANTED TO RUN HIM OUT OF OFFICE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SOME OF THIS ALONG WITH AN IRRITATAED EX THAT WANTS TO GET HIM. KNOW THE FACTS PEOPLE. WOULD HE REALLY BE STUPID WHEN HE HAS HAD THE JOB THAT LONG AND KNOWS THE LAW. HOPE HE WALKS.
Some people fall in love with incarcerated murderers, write letters to them in prison, and even go so far as to marry them. And some people have sticky CAPSLOCK keys. Do you know the facts? Maybe it wasn't on his campaign report because he didn't want anyone to know about it and not because he didn't receive it. I'm sure the FBI has the facts and your opinion nor mine will change that. They don't indict someone without any evidence. And hearsay is NOT evidence. Honestly... do you think the FBI would bother bringing an indictment against someone just because a "little posse" made an accusation? I really hope you're not that simple. They've investigated for over 2 years, gathered evidence and witnesses, made their case to a judge who then issued a warrant. The case will be tried in March and we'll all know the result. In the meanwhile, we'll all call each other names and/or try to place the blame elsewhere.

They do not lock people up without cause and proof. He has used and abused his position for many years. His big mistake leading to his downfall was participating in crimes that went beyond Ouachita county. As long as his past behavior stayed within the county, the heads that mattered looked the other way or participated, and so crime continued unopposed. It was federal money and the fact he involved Davis Dozer was another poor decision. Mr Davis approached the feds with the information he had in exchange for some back tax debt forgiveness. To what extent were his taxes overdue? I do not know the specifics. They were both involved and davis was the first to roll over. The feds have not asked him to fabricate any information. They offered an exchange for details of the truth. There is a certain ways county officials have to handle county business, which is also part of the indictment. The job was not advertised in the local paper, the bids were not sealed, several other violations. It is public record for anyone to see. It would be nice if some of you would take the time to do some research prior to squawking nonsense on here. For those of u suggesting hesterly was bribed by the FBI...u have to be joking. Certainly you cannot be that stupid!! What reason would they even have and how would it be beneficial? Two key questions that you have obviously not visited. Bottom line...think before u speak.

I don't know if this is accurate or not but it sure does sound logical! Much more logical than "so-and-so is a good daddy so he must be innocent" or "so-and-so owes somebody money so they lied about something unrelated" bull.

My mama told me Hesterly had a bigger dick than a horse back in high school. Said it would fill up all the black chicks on any given Thursday night. Then on Friday morning he would come in a let all the football players smell his cock and try to guess which jiggaboo was the last to ride him.

It will all come out in the trial. I look forward to each day of it. He may have failed to advertise bid, but he did not except a check.
You are all of full of it. The truth will come out. Keep talking your trash no one cares.
We will see how the bond hearing goes soon and go from there.
The posse can keep wishing.
He's a good judge or we would not have been in office this long..........

He did not ACCEPT a check? Look up the difference idiot. What in the hell does that have to do with anything? Are you attempting to say that he appropriately took only sealed bids? He did not. In fact, part of the indictment, had two pple submit bids that were higher allowing him to accept the bid from Davis. He took them via fax, also illegal. And yes i am sure it will all come out in trial because I have no doubt he is rolling over on any and all wrong doings in the county as we speak.

I can't recall. Did he run unopposed? And another reason he has maintained his office, look at how many driveways and lots get repaved right before election. Of course I realize that there will be supporters who are in denial and choose not to see his shortcommings, but fact is fact. For anyone to suggest FBI fabrication, well thats just stupid! No other term for it.

According the indictment Clemons submitted a bid to Hesterly, not Davis. It says Clemons was sub-contracting Davis. This is a common practice for contractors. General contractors often sub-contract electricians, plumbers, equipment owners, etc. Clemons asked for a bid from Davis then added it to his bid to submit (in person) to Hesterly after contacting 2 other contractors (strangely not mentioned in ANY reports) and having them submit inflated bids via fax to Hesterly.

That should explain why Davis is named as a witness and not a party to the crime. That would also explain why Davis wasn't indicted but Clemons and Hesterly were. Concerning the other two mentioned (but not named) bidders... Submitting inflated bids is not a crime.
