I have been out of power since Monday the 29th I have three little girls and the temperature is dropping every night, The frustration level has sky rocketed it this point donít know what to do whether to continue waiting or just leave the state. The streets that still donít have power are Camden Street two streets behind and forward.

The RP Library staff should get a applause for their caring work helping people of the town who where without electricity power for 2 weeks. I hope the M&C will rememeber them at the next public meeting in late November

Statements made by members of the RP Council about people sitting behind computers writing complaints about when they will get their power back was made thursday evening. I know plenty of people I helped along with many more who drove here from Cape May Ocean and Monmouth Counties to help bring beverages food and generators to towns that didn't have power for over 20 days. During last years Hurricane Irene we had no power for over 9 days.
Hurricane Sandy was 60-75mph winds and some rain.
Most of Roselle Park was hit and schools where closed for several days. Many people reacted like this was Jamestown Pa, after the damm burst and the flood waters killed thousands. We all did our part to help people while some complaint others helped.
Time will tell what happens after a year and the bills become higher. PSE&G say they will give reductions discount next month for homeowners who had no power after 2 weeks.
I will love to see that on paper signed in ink...
