Russ Bowen has and always will be in some kind of an illegal mess. He has working with him now a guy who just got out of federal prison - Richard Ayers. He tries to steal timber from the elderly up elk river - he lives in Pinch. I heard he also sells dope, but that is half of West Virginia.Russ should not be allowed to do business in this state.
